beep. beep. BEEP.

He got up and got dressed, wiping the sleep off of his face with a wet washcloth. He looked at his reflection in the mirror, rubbing the hair growing on his jaw. Scowling, he began preparations to shave his face. He opened the drawer and saw two tooth brushed laying beside each other; one was blue and the other was red. He smiled fondly, grabbing his razor first. Waking up with someone else and doing mundane ordinary things with them made getting up a hell of a lot more fun. He looked down at the shaggy little carpet under his feet and imagined someone standing beside him, feet fighting each other for dominance over the small mat.

He finished shaving and brushed the rest of him, adjusting his hair as needed. He felt nervous, walking out of the door, surprised to find his bicycle leaning up against the post with a note attached. He pulled the note off of the bike and read it curiously:

Channie,

I had to be at school early, so I didn't want to disturb you...

Thought you might need this x

~ Baekhyun

He folded the paper and put it a protective pocket of his backpack, cherishing his neat cursive hand writing, and biting his lip especially at the small heart designed at the corner. Who knew the most popular boy in school was so ... cute. He smirked, mounting his bike without care.

He knew.

The tuck of his slim corduroy pants exposed his black socks. A flannel left unbuttoned revealed the black shirt he had on beneath it, along with a thick leather belt with a silver buckle. He looked too nice to be grunge, but too grunge to be considered more than casual.

How did a Junior manage to look like a college student studying for journalism?

Baekhyun thought, as his friends spoke loudly around him. He continued to watch the boy enter the school property with his backpack slung over his shoulders. Kai noticed first, waving his hand in front of the distracted boy's face.

"Earth to Baekhyun. You okay?" Kai tugged on the boy's red button up shirt, snickering at his dazed face.

"Uh, yeah." He looked away, running a hand through his hair.

There he was. Chanyeol touched his face subconsciously, watching Baekhyun's jawline move while he talked to the boys flanking him by the entrance.

A vision of Tampa skies and bright red cherries; he wore a red button up that hung loosely on his wide shoulders and tucked into his light-wash Levi's. Those damn Levi's. Their eyes made contact with each other, floating around their bodies before meeting again. Baekhyun winked before looking over at Junmyeon and laughing at something the boy said.

Chanyeol instantly licked his parted lips and walked past them quickly, keeping his head down. He didn't want to stand out around his friends. It was better that way.

"Hey, f*g, where's the flood?" A boy snickered, mocking his jeans.

He ignored the comments on his clothes, feeling his knees stiffen in the jeans his father designed.

One day.

But not today.

He ripped open the lousy locker door and pulled out the books he needed for the day.

"Ignoring me, Park?" The same voice followed him, hitting the locker next to his.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" He asked, giving the boy a once over.
