•Daniel's P.O.V•

"Jack! Look what you did!? You are so dead!" Zach screamed from the kitchen.

"It's not my fault! you clearly don't know where you are going!" Jack fired back.

I rushed to the kitchen to see what is going on.

"What happened?" I asked

"Jack bumped into me and the sandwich I newly made fell on the floor!" He said frowning and glaring at jack.

"Zach you are such a drama queen! You can make a new one!" Jack explained.

"I took my time on it just how much time god took time to make me this cute!" Zach fired back.

Jack rested his hands on his chest as he leaned back.

"Come on guys! This is so stupid!" I said

"I'll make it up to you Zach." Jake turned to Zach

"How?"

"Today we are going to the fair, I'll buy any food you'd like!" Jack said

"Any food?" Zach asked

"Any." Jack answered

"Yes!! Thank you so much! Ok gotta go get ready! Bye felisha!" Zach started skipping to his room.

I patted Jack's shoulder. He looked up to me with a confused look.

"What?" He asked

"Good luck!"

"Huhh?"

"Good luck to your wallet." I tell him. He sighed.

"Well... there goes my shit..." he said putting his arms up.

I chuckled and started to get ready.

We ordered an uber. One problem... the uber car was a bit small for us to fit in. We tried...

"Ugh! Stop moving Zach!" Jonah said

"Sorry... it is so uncomfortable"

"I'm so lucky I'm in the front." Corbyn said with a laugh.

We all stared at him as if we are gonna kill.

"Ok... you guys need to calm down." He was nervous.

We laughed it all out. It was pretty awkward for him.

23 minutes has passed then we arrived at the fair. It is our first time here. It is gorgeous!

We went through the entrance. Zach was dragging Jack at a food court. Jonah and Corbyn went to look for rides. I was alone standing at the middle, not knowing what to do.

Someone bumped into me.

"Oww" I said under my breath.

"Sorry" was all she said

I looked at her rushing to go somewhere. She looked around and I see her face.

She.Is.Drop.Down.Gorgeous.

I just stared at her. Admiring her.

*She is so beautiful* I whisper to myself

"Ahh Danny boy... you finally found the one" someone behind me said. It was Jack.

"Fucking hell man! You scared me!"

"Don't be a chicken! Talk to her!"

"Wait... you heard me?"

"Yup! Everything! You said, I quote 'she is so beautiful' now go! Talk to her!"

"No, she probably has a boyfriend." I shake my head.

"How can you be so sure?"

"I just feel it."

"So how is Zach's food trip?" I added

"Ugh! He made me buy 3 cotton candies! And I only drop 1 sandwich!" Jack said frustrated.

"Well... sorry bro." I chuckled.

15 minutes later, Jonah, Corbyn, and Zach came to us.

"We had so much fun!" Jonah exclaimed

"We can ride the ferris wheel! We didn't go there yet! Are you guys down?" Corbyn asked.

"Yeah!" We all said in unison.

Jonah went to buy the tickets while us 4 went to the line.

In front of me was a familiar girl. My jaw dropped as I realized she was the one I was admiring from earlier.

"Close your mouth buddy, bugs might end up going in your mouth, so close it." Jack whispers while putting his hands underneath my chin to close my mouth.

I looked at him in wide eyes. He was confused but then, he looked at the girl then realized. He was about to say something to the guys but I covered his mouth with my hand.

I gave him the "Don't you fucking dare" look. He nodded... but he did it anyway! He told the guys what happened earlier! What the actual fuck?

"Stop being a chicken Daniel." Jonah said

I sighed "I'm not a fucking chicken Jonah."

The others just patted me on the back.

LIFE IS GREAT SO SO GREAT! (Note my sarcasm)

I'm still looking at her. Her friend was rushing out of the line. She looked nervous.

A few minutes came by but her friend wasn't there yet. Then, we saw the instructor stoped her. Jack looked at me and we both listened.

"... you need to go with somebody else" is all I heard.

"But I-" she started

But this fucking dick head by my side, Jack, cut her off and screamed,

"I volunteer as tribute!"

Zach started playing the hunger games sound where the character makes the mockingjay sign. He puts it on high volume and raises his phone so everyone can hear it. Corbyn and Jonah did the mockingjay sign
THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING!

I got confused and looked up.

"Who said that?" The instructor asked.

I looked at Jack... he was pointing right at me! I looked around me and all the guys were pointing at me. FUCKING GREAT!

I looked at her. She is truly breathtaking.

She smiled at me. I smiled back awkwardly.
