Clover- custody

I woke up and looked at my phone. It was 10 in the morning which means I slept through all the sweet things Destin had planned. I freshened up then went downstairs. I saw Nate and Heavenly cuddled up on the couch watching tv.

"Good morning" I said. "Well good morning" Lele said. "Y'all seen Destin" I asked. "He's in the back" Nate said. I walked downstairs to see Destin sitting with his feet in the pool. I walked up to him and he looked up. "Good morning sleepy head" he said. I laughed and sat behind him. I laid my head on his back. "Where have you been" I asked smelling him. "I went to file for full custody of Marcus with no visitation for Marcus and Justin" he said. "Really" I asked looking at his face. "Yea I'm tired of going through this with her. I'm tired of putting you through this" he said kissing my forehead. "Well its only just begun because she is going to fight back for sure" I said laying back on him. "Yea I could either get what I want or she would get what she originally wanted" he said. "Well let's hope for the best" I said and we sat there for a minute.

He pulled me in front of him and sat me in his lap. "You know I'm really getting Monique's house off of you" I said smelling him. "Uhh yea I stopped by there too" he said looking around. "Why" I asked looking in his eyes. "Well I tried to talk to her before I went to the courts" he said. "And what happened" I asked. He looked at me and kissed my forehead. "When I got there Marcus was outside playing in the yard. The front door was wide open so I took him back in the house. Then I heard loud ass moans coming from her room. I walked to Marcus's room and packed his bag. I put him and his bag in my car and left it running. I went back in and busted in the room. She was having a threesome with some girl and the dude that went to lunch with y'all. They all jumped up and looked at me. She was like 'what are you doing here? Wanna join' as her little friends agreed. I told her I was filing for custody and taking Marcus. She chased after me and told me she was calling the police. I got in the car and pulled off" he said looking to see my reaction. "Where is he" I asked upstairs in Justin's room. I was about to get up but he stopped me. "Can I just hold you for a minute baby" he asked. I nodded and pulled him into a hug. "I scheduled for us to take pictures today. Just me and you" he whispered in my ear. "What time" I asked. "2" he said. I sat there and thought about what we could wear. "I already picked out outfits and crap so stop thinking about it" he laughed making me laugh.

After we sat there for a minute Nate brought Marcus outside. "Hey little man" Destin said as we got up. He picked him up and we walked in the house. I went to the room to see an outfit that I didn't notice before hanging by the window. I got dressed and fixed my hair. When I came out of the bathroom Destin was getting Marcus dressed. I went downstairs to fix me some food. Heavenly and Nate were knocked out on the couch. I grabbed me a breakfast bar and a banana. Destin came downstairs ready so we left. "When are we picking up my babies" I asked. "We can pick Niya up after we take pictures" he said as we pulled up to the building. We went in and Destin put Marcus in the stroller. We took a bunch of silly and serious pictures.

After we took pictures we went to pick up Saniya. Destin brought her to the car and we went to the mall. I got Saniya and put her in the stroller while Destin got Marcus. "Hi momma. I missed you" I cooed as she smiled at me.

We walked around the mall and bought a bunch of stuff. Everybody got a little something. We were walking talking and laughing when I seen a dead man walking. I stopped in my tracks.
