Jacob is sitting on the dining room table…basically reviewing the day. Miranda hasn’t spoken to him for hours…since he told her what went down and honestly….he dosent expect her too. They will walk past eachother or he will help her up….but she wont look him in the eye or anything. Mike then comes over to the table and sits next to him, puts his hand on Jacobs shoulder.

Mike-its going to be alright man

Jacob-no it wont….she will never look at me the same again

Mike-I mean honestly….yea you fucked up, but people mess up in relationships. As long as you didn’t sleep with your ex….everything should be alright. Miranda loves you a lot….i can tell she does, just give her till tomorrow and she will start talking. The same thing happened with me and carrie.

Jacob-your ex kissed you and you told her about it??

Mike-no…when she was pregnant with Sophia, I got her the wrong ice cream…she stopped talking to me for about 2 days.

they laughed and Jacob just hoped that it wouldn’t last that long, he loved Miranda and made a stupid mistake.

Mike-point is….she loves you and it was Sandras fault.

Jacob-I hope I never see that bitch again

Mike-me either but its hard when shes related to Carrie

Then carrie walked in and sat down at the table. She sat next to Mike and rubbed Jacobs shoulder giving him a reassuring smile. Jacob smiled back at her slightly but was still thinking of Miranda.

Carrie-stop thinking so much Jacob, everything will be fine

Jacob-I know, your right

Mike-how come when we were kids you never said that to me??

Jacob-….because you were never right

Mike-I was too

Jacob-…so making me drink a bottle of hot sauce, to make me see hot to girls is right??

Mike-*laughing* hey you fell for that one

Mike-well it almost worked, if hadn’t sweat so much

Carrie-alright boys cut it out. oh and its Sophia bedtime, Jacob do you want to tuck her in??

Jacob-sure ill be back, where is she??

Carrie-I just put her in her pajamas, so shes in her room. Make sure after you put her down, read her a story then put on the little mermaid. She likes to watch before she falls asleep.

Jacob-alright ill be back.

Jacob jogged up the stairs and since he was passing the room…he peeked in, he saw Miranda taking a nap. She looked beautiful as always, he just wished he could be next to her. He closed the door but didn’t notice that it woke Miranda up…she rubbed her eyes before getting up….took her about 3 minutes to get up but when she was up…she walked out the room. She heard a voice…she walked towards it. She saw that Sophia door was open, she stood by the wall and peeked in. she saw Jacob sitting on sophias bed with her inbetween his legs. They were reading a book together, they would laugh and he would tickle her….she loved her uncle a lot….that made Miranda smile. She knew he would be a great father when their baby came…Jacob continued to read and got towards the end of the book…Sophia yawned and stood up wrapping her arms around Jacobs neck. He smiled and hugged her back. He got up while still holding her, he put the little mermaid in and layed her on the bed. She grabbed her teddy bear and rubbed her eyes.
