Prologue

*3rd POV*

A man and a woman stood over 2 newborns with smiles filled with happiness. Twins. The man looks at the woman a crossed him with joy. The man and woman were the proud parents of the children. The oldest of the two being a male, the youngest, a girl, born three minutes apart. They were their second delivery. The couple now had four children, two sets of twins, and they couldn't be happier. These children were bound for great things.

The man, also known as Pendragon, had long (h/c) hair and beautiful blue eyes. The woman, whose name was Olivia, had long, curly blond hair, and bright (e/c) eyes.

Their first set of twins, also a boy and a girl, had their mother's hair color and eye color, but their father's straight hair. They also had their fathers skin tone. Their second set of twins, or their newborns, had their mother's bright (e/c) eyes and their father's (h/c) hair. They also had their mother's curliness and skin tone.

The children were wrapped up in simple blankets, laid in a bed made of soft straw. The stone wall behind it had a window and two torches hanging on it as that was the only light other than the light of the full moon shining through the window. The window above the bed, had a clear view of the night sky. In that night sky, a group of stars shown more brightly than any other star in the sky. The stars formed the constellation of Gemini.

Although humans had just gotten into astrology and stars, Pendragon and Olivia knew all about them. The Gemini constellation, was important however, as it was just formed hours ago. This was the newborn's constellation.

The two newborns were known as Gemini together, but Diamond for the boy, and (y/n) for the girl, separately. They were given their own lives separately but were able to come together as one in time of need. They would grow up to have great power but would be strongest when as one.

Pendragon and Olivia were snapped out of their trance when they heard a small noise coming from the bed. They looked down to see their son staring wide eyed at them. They smiled.

Diamond started looking between his parents until he made a grabbing motion with his hands towards his mother. Olivia chuckled and lifted her son up who then snuggled into her.

"Hey there Diamond~" She cooed, hugging him closer. "Looks like he's gonna be the saner one huh?" Pendragon smiled at his lover and son as he then looked at his daughter in the bed before picking her up. "Looks like you'll be next to take up insanity huh?" "Well then, lets hope her brother can keep her in check." Olivia added. "And what's that supposed to mean?" "Oh, I think you know what that means Pendragon. After all, I have to keep you in check every day." "Um, first off, mean." Pendragon fake pouted as he hugged his daughter closer. "Second of all, you love me~" "Yes that's true, but what is that supposed to mean? It doesn't have anything to do with keeping you in check. Also, how is that mean, it's the truth!"

Pendragon just stared at his lover. "What don't believe me? Ask one of the others." Pendragon sighed and groaned. He looked down to see (y/n) staring up at him with eyes full of curiosity. "Don't bring the others into this." "Why? Is it because you know I'm correct?" "Hey, I'm not the only one you know!" "I know, I know. We all have our duties and we all balance each other out. *sigh* Hey I didn't mean anythi-" Pendragon cut her off with a small smile. "I know what you meant. We've been on this planet for a long time now Olivia, I know. Trust me."

The two lovers just stared at each other before the sound of a door creaking open was heard. The two looked over to the entrance of the room to see their two other twins peaking in at them. It was Pisces. They were both staring at their parents with curious faces. Just like Gemini, they had separate lives and names, but were able to come together as one in a time of need. They would also be at their strongest together.

Olivia's smile widened. "Heart, Club, would you two likes to meet your new younger siblings?" The children's eyes lit up as they ran over to their parents. "Club," Olivia motioned to the girl, "Heart," she motioned to the boy, "say hello to your new siblings, Diamond and (y/n)."

(y/n) looked around at her family, one by one before laughing and smiling widely.

And that, is where our story begins.
