Peter when he was turning to dust. He went into space to help Tony fight Thanos and save the world from destruction. He had done all that he could to help and Tony appreciated that but he was annoyed at Peter for putting himself in danger and not fully thinking through the risks involved.
Back on earth, you were waiting anxiously for him to return from the school trip he initially went on, not really knowing what was going on. Eventually you tried to call him and due to his new suit he picked up.
"Peter, where on earth are you? You're meant to be back from the school trip you went on!"
"Sorry Y/N, I'm in space with Mr Stark fighting this super evil guy named Thanos! I hope you're safe back on earth"
"I am fine Peter but YOU BEST STAY SAFE!" You shouted the last part trying to make it stick "But don't forget I love you!"
"I love you too babe!"
However, little did you know that it would be the last time you talked to him.
He was fighting Thanos when he disappeared which left them all confused. Minutes later, Drax, Starlord, Mantis and Doctor Strange turned to dust. (I know that they turn to dust first.)
"Mr Stark, I don't feel so good!" Peter exclaimed falling onto Tony weeping not wanting to leave you.
"It's okay, you're okay!" Tony comforted, praying that it would all be okay. He didn't want to be the cause of death of a young boy and he definitely didn't want to have to tell you the bad news.
"I-I don't wanna go," Peter stuttered not wanting to die.
Tony kept telling him it would be okay. However, he wasn't so sure as Peter started to fade away. Tony didn't know how he would tell you about your boyfriend of three years death.
"Mr Stark, please. I don't want to leave Y/N. Tell her I love her so much!" He cried.
"Kid, you're going to be alright. It will be okay!"
"Sorry" Peter gasped as he took his last breath before he faded away into dust. Tony sat there, tears rolling down his cheeks, his hands to his mouth thinking over all the ways he could tell you.
