When Izuku was only four years old he found out that not all men are created equal. some are created with more while others are created with less. Izuku had the luck to be one of the 20% of the population to be born without a quirk.
katsuki bakugou also known as kachan, he was born with a powerfull quirk. he is also Izukus childhood friend or is that just a delusion that Izuku keeps thinking to make himself feel better. Kachan is Izukus main tormentor and bully.
