Liam's P.O.V

I was called into the headquarters and I couldn't have been more upset by it. I thought that they would leave me alone for longer than they had. I just hope that they don't touch Sam. I walked into the back door of the old run down building they use to hide the fact that a gang resides here. Once inside I walk up to the highest floor where the boss's office is. I took the elevator and when I got up there Sabrina, the boss's assistant, greets me and tells me he's waiting for me.

I walk into his office and see him sitting at his desk. He had papers all over his desk and he looked stressed out. Good, he should be. He looked up when he heard the door shut.

"Ahh Liam, you're here."

"What do you want from me?" I wanted to get straight to the point.

"Straight to the point I see. Well I need you to do something for me." Great what could it possibly be. "I need you to take some guns over to a big buyer. It needs to be delivered tonight."

"And what if I don't want to be your delivery boy?" I wasn't really in the mood to do anything for this man.

"Well then I'll just have to go after your girl. You wouldn't want that now would you?"

"No of course not." So I guess I had to do it. I can't have him coming after my girl. Wait what? My girl? Where did that come from? I just can't have her in danger because that would hang over my head.

I was waiting in the alley where I was told to meet the buyer. It seems like I was the first one there. I was told to meet this person right here at this time. It was about five after nine and this buyer was five minutes late. Normally this wouldn't have bothered me but I just want to get this over with.

Another five minutes rolls by and I see a man walking towards me holding a briefcase.

"You with Venom?"

"Yeah. You got the money?" he shook his head and I picked up the bag of guns. He handed me the briefcase as soon as I handed him the guns. I looked inside of the case and saw that there was money in it. How much? I didn't care. We parted ways and I went and dropped off the money.

When I arrived to the building I went straight up to the top floor so I could drop this off and go. I walked into his office and slammed the briefcase on his desk. After that I just walked out without hearing what he has to say. I walked out of the building and headed home.

Once home I went to the kitchen to get something to eat as I haven't eaten since this morning. I grabbed some leftover pasta out of the fridge and put it in the microwave. I turned my phone back on, as I had turned it off for most of the day.

The microwave went off and I retrieved my food. When I went back to my phone I saw that I had six missed calls and a voicemail from Nick. He knows that I was dealing with stuff so he wouldn't call unless it was an emergency.

"Hey Liam, I know that your phone is probably off since you're not answering but call when you get this. It's kind of an emergency. It's Sam."

As soon as I heard Sam's name I started freaking out. What happened to her? Is she okay? Oh gosh. I called Nick back and he answered on the second ring.

"Liam, thank god you finally answered. I'm at the hospital with Sam."

"Why? Is she okay? What happened?" I fired questions at him and I kind of felt bad for him.

"She's fine. She's right here asleep. Her family was in an accident and it's not looking good. Her father is out of surgery but she refused to go see him. Her brothers are still being worked on. We've been here since like noon. You need to come here." Holy shit. Fuck. I feel so bad that I couldn't be there for her.
