Chapter 5

hallucinations

All these thoughts were rushing through my head, and I layed back down and replayed everything.
My alarm rang, and I realized it was Monday.
I cant think about school!
I have to much on my mind!
"MOM!" My mom rushed into my room.

"Honey, are you alright"?

"You don't look to good!" She said looking at me.

"I don't feel that great either, my head really hurts," I replied.
I wasn't lying. I really didn't feel okay, and I did have a headache.

"Let me get you some water."

She left the room and I layed there.
A minute later she came back with my water, and I continued to persuade her to let me stay home.
She left the house after giving me almost every blanket and pillow in the house, and said goodbye.

I didn't feel like watching TV so I went back to sleep.
When I woke up I went to the kitchen to get some cereal, and took the milk out of the fridge and put it on the table.
When I looked up I saw something blurry, like it was flashing, or glitching!
it was an outline of a wolf, just like the one in my dream.... wait was this a dream?
Or is it real..... does it matter?
The wolf was staring at me now and I was staring at him. It was like we were having a staring contest. I closed my eyes and rubbed them. When I opened them back up the wolf was gone, but the room was still flashing.  Instead  of stopping, I saw another wolf.
This one was different, this one was black!
It was amazing yet it scared me half to death when I saw it! It was pitch black but what was really stunning was its solid white eyes.
They were beautiful... We were staring at each other, it too was staring me down.
I couldn't stop staring at his eyes, it seemed like they were drawing me closer and closer, but my body hadn't moved.
We were staring at each other for what seemed like eternity until he crouched down then lunged.
He was jumping right for me about to knock me over when the white wolf jumped right in between us, and both wolves fell, but they fell... into each other...
The lights were getting dimmer and everything was harder to see, so I squinted were they both just were..... but neither were there!
Instead I saw one.. grey wolf. He wasn't starring at me, but instead at the hallway.
He finally turned his head quickly and when he turned he didn't even cast a glance at anything else he turn right into my eyes. As soon as he did, BAM!

Everything flashed and all I saw was
eyes, one turning grey and the other
blue. The one that was turning grey was almost finished, and as soon as it was done everything flashed then disappeared.
It all happened so quickly! So quickly that it felt like someone pushed me across the room, but I wasn't pushed across the room, I just fell.
I was falling in slow motion.. all around me were the wolves. The white, the black and the grey. All staring at me until I hit my head on the counter... and blacked out...
