About an hour later and a seemingly strong voice had gathered everyone's attention. "Okay lunch break's over get your asses on the field!", a loud shout rang to every player's ears.

"Hey can we meet up later? After practice?", Beca directly asked to Chloe without hesitation. The redhead looked at her to actually think before she do this.

"Mitchell! I said asses on the field!", the coach called her out and she still wasn't moving. Chloe then nodded immediately making Beca smile.

"Yes.", she ran off happily and seeing this made Chloe laugh softly. She thinks that it wasn't really a good idea. She knows that Beca would be asking her the questions she'd been always dodging but Chloe knows this girl wouldn't push her to say something she's not ready to tell.

Chloe left the field and walked to class with her hands inside the pocket of her hoodie. She actually still thought that it was a bad idea to go with Beca.

"Alright players we need to finish of hard this afternoon.", Coach Amy explained as the players were lined up horizontally in front of her. "But before that pair up and warm up. Grab some connection with the ball", she announced and whistled to indicate them to move.

Aubrey had her ball and went to Stacie. They have been the two inseparable players in the team and with this stuff they always did it together."Come on Stace", she called out to the brunette but was confused to what she answered.

"Nope Beca is already my pair", she went to the small brunette who was not aware of what was happening, well not till Stacie grabbed her.

"I am?", she asked dumbfounded, Stacie immediately grabbed her arms and pulled her away. Aubrey furrowed her eyebrows being confused to why was her best friend acting that way.

"You two okay?", Flo went to ask Aubrey and the blonde was somehow in rage just a snap of realizing what just happened.

"Never better", she said and kicked the ball to the net at ease. Everyone saw it including Stacie and Beca who was warming up at the other side of the field.

"What's wrong with you and Aubrey?", Beca asked as she received the ball that Stacie passed to her. They've just been doing it while they were talking.

"Nothing", she said in a blank tone and kicked the ball back to Beca but it was a little bit harder this time. The shorter brunette locked the ball to the sole of her feet and went to look at Stacie.

"Nothing? When it's obvious that you two are somehow fighting?", she back fired and Stacie looked at her aggravated. Although that feeling wasn't towards her it was because of something else.

"We're not fighting. I'm just not really sure", with no emotions Stacie walked away and Beca just looked at her as she sat on a bench. Great now she has two friends to worry about. Why doesn't it just go easy and they would just talk out their problems so that Beca could help them? Ofcourse there has to be secrets and Beca hated secrets.

A sigh came out from Beca's lips, this practice will gonna be a whole lot awkward with their two important players not actually acknowledging each other's presence. Not knowing what to do she just approached Aubrey which she immediately wished she didn't do.

"What do you want?", she snapped to her and Beca immediately backed away not wanting to receive anymore punch for a long time.

"I just wanted to talk", she carefully said and Aubrey scoffed. "Hey we won the game and you said if we win you will try to be a better person to me. How about you that now?", Beca was somehow shocked for her to talk that way and it was a first for her.

"Talk about what?", Aubrey asked and calmed down in defeat. Beca walked and signaled for her to follow, which she did. She led them to the bench as Beca sat down. "Okay now can you talk?", she reiterated.
