A sudden bang was heard on the field and the sound of metal clinging to the sound of a bullet being blocked. "What the hell?", The Green Goblin went to look at the one who fired at him and he continued firing at him even tho Beca was near the guy.

"Jesse!", Chloe and Stacie exclaimed.

"You lay another finger on my sister and I'll kill you". His voice, it wasn't the  normal Jesse you would always hear from him. Beca dropped to the ground as her chest was still bleeding.

Chloe ran without thinking and grabbed Beca away from the Green Goblin. Grabbing her handkerchief she pressed it on Beca's cut and tried to stop the bleeding. She saw how miserable the girl was and could possibly lose consciousness at any minute right now. "Beca", she whispered.

"Tsk Mitchell's adopted child", The Green Goblin stated and crossed his arms. "Always wanted to be the hero eh?", Jesse threw the normal gun away and grab the one who he had invented. "Always wanted to make your old man proud even tho you didn't really matter for him", he said. Jesse clenched his jaws and didn't hesitate to fire the gun at him.

Hitting him on his leg. The bullet soon dug dip like acid and it made him shout in pain. "What the fuck is that!", he dropped to the ground and was still bearing the pain.

"I made this gun just for you", he said and turned to walk towards Beca who was opening her eyes. "You okay?", he asked and she looked at her chest and groaned.

"Fine", she said with gritted teeth. She stood up and Chloe can't even stop her. "What's with my chest that you were actually targeting it you green shit", Beca was still wincing although the dried blood was also  somehow stopping more of it to flow out her body. She was keeping the handkerchief in place to actually help herself too.

"So your brother didn't tell you that", The Green Goblin breathe out still in pain but had managed to stand up and bear the stinging in caused on his leg.

"What are you talking about?", Beca asked and was confused with what's actually happening here.

The Green Goblin scoffed and there was a long pause before Jesse had spoken up. "The gem", he said silently and Beca turned her face to look at him. He was staring the Green Goblin with so much anger.

"What about it?", Beca asked and Jesse wasn't budging to even look away from the Green guy.

The others were listening to their conversation but  Stacie were more worried about Aubrey. She's lost her consciousness due to the pain she had just endured. Chloe ran back to the group to avoid from being a problem for Beca and Jesse.

"We need to get her to the clinic", Stacie said and Chloe nodded. She looked at the fight which was still going on. She was afraid of what might happen to Beca but somehow relieved when Jesse had arrived.

When they tried to leave the place the Green Goblin had noticed and he spoke up. "If you leave this field. I will kill someone", he said and stopped the girls on their tracks. "That's a promise", he added making the girls even more furious about the guy.

"Leave them alone and tell me what do I have to do with the gem you've been looking for?", Beca asked still not knowing the answer that was somehow obvious for her.

"It's implanted in your chest", Jesse once again spoke up. The information made Beca's eyes go wide.

"What?!", she asked somehow dumbfounded. "What are you saying Jesse?", she said trying to clarify what her brother just announced.
