Chapter 2;

I walked through the metal doors that prevents the aliens from escaping which is slightly foolish since everyone in this facility highly doubts that.

"Excuse me, miss. Are you the one in charge for the 5 mutants?" one of my colleagues said.

"Yes, yes I am." I quickly replied.

My collegue gestured me to follow him, so I did. I was trying hard to hide and contain my excitement because currently I am hyperventilating. He was walking down the hall slowly to make sure that I can keep up with him. I was relieved when we reached a giant metal door that led to the alien's dorms. I placed my hand on the screen that allows the green laser to scan my hand. A little compartment opened and a pad with ten digits on it popped out waiting for me type a code in. Swiftly, the metal doors opened.

As soon as it opened, I could see 5 pairs of eyes looking at me. Suddenly, the collegue of mine dragged me to the other side of the room to talk to me with a slight worried expression.

"You will need to take care of this 5 mutants for 6 days a week. Get to know them, discover their roots and maybe listen to what they have to say. I know your boss probably told you to tame them and if they ever misbehave you need to give them the consequences but-" I cut him off by shushing him.

He looked at me with a confused expression. From then on, I know that this guy is on my side. We both believed in equality for this poor mutants. I felt happy that there were such people still around in this facility because lets face it, no one gives two fucks about their well-beings and it honestly makes me sick.

"I know, I believe in the same thing as you." I simply said.

He knew what I meant and left the room and gave me a thumbs up and I gave him a small smile in return. As soon as he left, I can feel their eyes on me. I finally decided to give in and entered their glass dorms. I quickly observed them and immediately I can easily identify who is who.

All of them had either scared or angry expression on their faces. All of them avoided my gaze except for T.O.P. Then suddenly, I heard someone sobbing. I turned to the direction to see one of the mutants crying. I approached it with my hands reached out and it jerked away from me.

"I'm Song Sooyoung and I will now be the one who's in charge of you and I have no intentions of harming you in any way. In fact, you're in safe hands with me. I won't treat you like the others did. Just calm down and everything will be fine." I said while hiding my nervousness  in my voice. As soon as I finished the sentence, the room atmosphere is no longer so tense.

The crying mutant looked up and met with my gaze. He was rather cute. He had a soft face almost a little childish but had a little mature look to it. His eyes were almond shaped with bags under his eyes making him look like a little panda. I could clearly see fear in his eyes but I gave him a reassuring smile to keep him a little calm because when a mutant goes berserk in this facility, they get heavily punished and I don't want anyone of the mutants i'm in charge of to face those kinds of punishments.

'I need to break the ice. I just hope they will cooperate with me.' I thought to myself.

"So, why don't you guys tell me about yourselves." I asked.

"I bet you knew that, those fuckers out there did some tests on us so you'd already know." T.O.P scoffed mockingly and glared at me.

"Listen, I don't know what they did to you but I am trying my best to lighten the pain you feel right now. You guys need to understand that I am not like them. I am willing to change the mood here. So please, cooperate." I said with a hint of seriousness in my voice. I was never one to condone bad attitude anyway.

Finally Red Head spoke up, "I'm Ji Yong or G-Dragon."

"I'm..uh..Seung Ri." Panda said while giving a weak smile with tears still threatening to fall at the brim of his eyes.

"Taeyang." Mr Mohawk said with a cute smile of his that made his eyes dissapear, literally.

"Daesung here." Smiley said.

All of us turned to T.O.P's direction waiting for him to say something. He rolled his eyes and said, "T.O.P"

Then everything fell silent all over again.

"So what's gonna happen to us?" GD said trying to break the silence.

"Glad you asked, well, the person who owns this place will come to check on you by the end of this month to see how you're behaving and if it goes well, you might be able to get out of this glass room and maybe to a more suitable enviroment. Maybe you guys could live in a smaller dormitory or even be sent to an all-mutant school. Who knows?" I replied, hoping it answers and satisfies his question.

"God help us all." T.O.P muttered to himself.
