Poor Viggo. I was a little surprised that he works for Johann. I like him as a villainous leader. And I swear this is an ongoing this with HTTYD. Think about it. Alvin joins the riders because Dagur overpowered him. Dagur joined the riders because Viggo overpowered him. And now Viggo because Krogan and Johann overpowered him. And then Krogan and Johann died.
