Chapter Fourteen

Kat was lying in a pool of her own blood, cradling herself in agony.

"Kimetrius! Kimetrius! Help! Please your all I have! Help me!" She cried, but I couldn't do anything, all I could do was watch as she begged for me to save her.

"Kimetrius!" I heard Kat say again. My eyes shot open. It was a dream. A horrible, awful nightmare.

I immediately pulled Kat onto me and showered her face with kisses, I can't even begin to describe how relieved I was, I don't know what I would do if I lost her again, just the thought of it made my eyes sting and my heart hurt.

She giggled as she attempted to pull away from me but I wouldn't let her.

"Ok Sky stop, you have to get ready. Your manager called and said you have rehearsals in 45 minutes since you missed them yesterday."

"I know but I jus-... I love you Kat, you mean the world to me and I want you to know that." I said with a shaky voice as I tightly held her as close as I could.

"What's wrong? Your never this affectionate with me." Kat said.

"I just had a bad dream that's it. And whatchu mean I ain't that "affectionate" wit you? I totally am."

"What'd you dream about?" She asked curiously, as she gazed into my eyes.

I didn't know how to explain it so I just stared back at her with a blank facial expression.

"Well if your not gonna tell me... you should get dressed, I would hate for you to get in trouble cause of me."

"But baby I don't want to leave you." I didn't want her to be alone after that dream I had.

"Well if it makes you feel better I got a backstage pass so I'll be there after the concert." Kat said. (yea im thinkin bout making a scene wit all the rappers mentioned in the previous chapter)

"Yessss. I wish I could like... put you in a backpack or sum and take you with me, be like performin on the stage and shi wit you right there ahaha." I joked around and we laughed hella hard.

After a lil bit, I ended up taking a quick shower and getting dressed.

"Ok you look good Sky. You need to get going so you can get there on time."

"Ugh... alright then... come give me a kiss." I said with a cheeky grin as I pointed at my cheek.

She kissed my cheek then my lips, a little too quickly though.

"C'mon what was that?" I said as I grabbed her face and pulled it to mine, Kat had to pull away cause she knew I didn't know where to stop.

"Okaayy Ki, you gotta go." She said as she playfully pushed me.

"Fine. I love you baby girl... pleeeeaase be safe."

"I will."

"Text me if you need anything lil ma."

KAT'S P.O.V.

And just like that... he was gone... and I was alone. Damn I already missed him and it hasn't even been a minute. I have never been this attached to any of my significant others before but there was something about Kimetrius. Ever  since the first day we met, we've had this connection, he made me feel things I've never felt before and I'm not even tryna be cheesy. We've bonded a lot, and he's helped me more than he even knows, if it weren't for him i'd probably be dead. But honestly i'm kinda scared to tell him cause I don't want him to know how much I need him. My mind was spinning. So much shit was going on in my life and it seemed like as soon as Skies left, the dark reality came flooding back to me.
Skies can always get my mind off of things but now, I can't get my mind off of him.

A little while has passed, I had already gotten ready, went out to eat, and went back to the hotel. I then realized Skies' rehearsals had been done for a while and the concert had already started by now.  That means I gotta head over there pretty soon. I was just gonna go see the whole concert but I'm too paranoid, I'd rather just go meet up with him (and whoever else is gonna be there) backstage.

So I called up my driver Mando and he arrived at the hotel not too long after. He told me he was here so I exited my hotel room and made my way downstairs. But as I walked down the hall, from the corner of my eye, I saw a figure slink away, hiding right down the hall. I started to freak out, walking past whoever it was is the only way out. So I toughened up and walked past it. That someone had just entered a room. Whoever it was didn't want me to see them, which only made me fear that it was Jackie or Mark. So I quickly went and found Armando and he drove me to the Regent Theater.
