KAT'S P.O.V.

"Should I just call him? The last time I had a bad feeling someone ended up-"

"Just chill Kat. He's grown. He can take care of himself. I'm sure he fine."

"How do you know? Maybe I should just text or something."

"Wasn't you just saying he was out flexin' at the mall or sum... why you trippin?"

"Cause of what Gazzy said... there's people after us! Of course I'm going to be 'trippin'! So should I call him or not?"

"I don't think you should but... you do what you gotta do."

"Okay I'll call. Please pull over."

"Why'd you even ask me- whatever... I gotta get gas anyways."

Diego stopped the car in front of some Shell gas station.

I got out of the car, and dialed Skies' number.

RING! RING! RING!

I called 5 times and I didn't get an answer. That just made me even more worried.

"Come on! Just pick up!"

Imma call one more time and if he don't answer...

"H-h-hello." He answered, panting, sounding out of breath.

"Wowwww. Are you seriously...? I was over here, freaking out and your jus fuc- I shouldn't have called... bye."

I hung up. Why would he even bother answering if he's doing some nasty stuff like that? Gosh I should've listened to Diego.

I got back in and slammed the car door.

"Woah take it easy ma... you ain't gotta release ya anger on my whip-"

"Don't start. Gosh. It was on accident. I could buy you three of these cars right now if you wanted me to so just-"

"Uh... okayyy. So you gon' tell me what happened?"

"Well I called Skies and it turned out he was in the middle of some thot-ish activity."

"Ouu. I'm sorry Kat. Not tryna sound rude or nun but I told you not to."

"Oh don't give me that iToLdYoUsO bullshit. Just please drive me to a store I gotta get stuff for that party tonight."

Maybe I overreacted.

"Damn she didn't even lemme explain what happened. I sounded like that cause I was runnin' for my life, those guys stole all my stuff, almost killed me... and she ain't even care. What was the point of calling me ten times if she was just gon' click before I could say something? She such a lil drama queen. I'm gettin' kinda tired of this."
