Chapter 1: The Start of Something New

My POV :
I am a normal person , a normal girl at least that's what I thought. But a single event in my life changed that thought forever. I was happy with whoever I am , maybe a little too luxurious life but I never took advantage of that. I was fought to be humble and have no greed for anything. It was a bright sunny day in Gotham city which was quite unusual . I was reading books in my house library, away from all the noises and distraction. After all what can you expect from 6 years old.

I woke up in the morning with a bright smile as always. I got a shower and went downstairs to be greeted by my dad .
*Thoughts*
Dev Bose one of the billionaire beside Bruce Wayne and coincidentally they both are best friends through work orr ....you can say business. They both are so close that even my dad knows a secret about him that I don't know. And it triggers my natural detective instincts. Anyway back to my reality.

" Good morning Kiddo. Everything good . I have a fantastic news for you".He said with a hint of unsureness . "Morning Papa .I am fine...." I was going on when I noticed his face. I raised a brow suspiciously at him." And would you care to mention what is wrong with that fantastic news of yours ?."
No offence I love my dad to the moon and that includes I get to know what he's thinking . I was very small when Ma went to stay in India to look after her family business and her family there but we couldn't stay there because my dad wanted to continue his business and give me a good opportunity to study.
Dads work brings spotlight, paparazzi and lots of people gossip and attention. And I HATE attentions . I know hate is a strong word but....here's what the reality is I am not that social kind of person.

I somehow knew that this 'news' of his includes his business gala or gathering or invitations. When that realization hit me ." Oh......no" My dad chuckled knowing very well I hacked the code ." I think you got what I am going to say kiddo." He served my breakfast and left the kitchen.

Mrs Potts our nice old lady butler came in ." Miss you should get ready. Mr Wayne is paying a visit to your father and he wishes to see you too." I let out a sigh . He us probably the next closest person to me after my dad. He's my uncle and a father figure to me. Visiting Bruce was a regular work for us and him as well. But the only thing I hate about them is they will do anything to bring me into spotlight.

" Anyway why is he coming ? " I enquired. " About some charity event in Gotham National Museum...Miss." " oh " and that was my que to leave .
I took the book from the chair and ran to my room. I just wanted to read the book it helps me to escape this world and forget what is happening around me . " Miss you should get ready . Mr Wayne has almost arrived ."Mrs Potts announced from behind the locked door .I groaned . I hummed a music in my head .

All I really wanna do is stay right here
Away from praying eyes

And see if I am surprised

Mrs Potts peeked on my room's door with a knock " Miss Mr Wayne is here. " I gathered my courage and went towards the room they are sitting and having nice Darjeeling tea. I closed the door shut and went towards the garden.

All I really wanna do is hide right here
And start on chapter four
Maybe this is where the princess saves her friends
And claims her just reward
