"First of all, I think I speak for everyone here when I welcome Midoriya Izuku back into our class." Aizawa said.
"Yeah, welcome back, dude!" Kirishima cheered.
"It has not been the same in your absence." Tenya smiled.
   "Hmph!" Katsuki snorted.
"And to make sure that you don't fall behind on the schoolwork we've been doing," Aizawa continued, "I'd like to formally present you with this."
He walked over to Izuku's desk and dumped an absolute tower of paper onto it that was almost two feet high.
"...huh?" Izuku stared blankly at it.
"That's all the things you've missed," Aizawa explained, "plus the written homework assignments as well."
   "I...wow."
"You're most welcome." He smiled. "I expect you to have fully caught up by the end of this week. You'll fall too far behind otherwise, and it'll be even tougher to catch up."
"I need a miracle." He sighed.
"She's got her hands full at present, I'm afraid. And now, if you'd all like to look at the board, here is the topic of your next lesson. You've got fifteen minutes to prepare."

Business as usual, then. Izuku didn't expect anything less than that, of course, but a teeny little amnesty wouldn't have gone amiss. Even though he'd only been gone a few days, the amount of work he'd missed out on was huge.
He still had a few aches and pains and had to refrain from taking a full, physical type of lesson for one more day, but it could have been far worse. He reminded himself of that fact quite a lot...and even more so when he'd seen that tower.
Still, it was great to be back again.
He felt a little bit singled-out when he had to miss the lesson and do a written exam instead, but he knew that it was for his own good and only for today. If anything, he needed to do some more training once school was finished.
He could easily be out of shape now, and would need to get his body accustomed to strenuous effort once again.
Midnight was watching over him while he answered the many questions that formed part of the exam, and after that he was then due to answer the remaining questions orally.
Hopefully his brain wasn't out of shape too.

"Thanks for answering all of the questions." She smiled as he finished the last one. "Let's take a break, huh?"
   "Sure, okay."
He sat down on one of the desks as she took another nearby, and then asked him questions of a different kind.
"What's it like? Y'know, being on 'the team' and stuff?" She said as she held up her fingers to announce quote marks.
   "Uhh..."
"Oh, don't worry! It's totally okay for you to discuss stuff like that with teachers in private. Nezu said so. You can tell me anything." She beamed. "You can also call me by my real name, if you like, make things a little more relaxed?"
What was her name again...Nemuri, he recalled from his notes. Okay then... "Thanks, Nemuri. Had to be sure. And, well, it's pretty cool I guess. I'm trying real hard with it."
"I heard that too, Sasha and Toshi are very proud. Don't be too sad about not having any answers yet though, even pro heroes don't have 'em all the time. We're always learning too, just like Sash said. Maybe I can help."

"Do you have any ideas?" He then asked.
"I was wondering if I could put it to sleep with Somnambulist, but..." She paused. "That's probly too simple. Compared to the other things you tried, I doubt that'll work."
"Yeah." He nodded. "He's not really human so he probly doesn't even need any sleep."
"I thought that too. And it would be really embarrassing if he copied me and put me to sleep instead, haha."
"...has everyone been okay here? Y'know, they've not asked too much about it and stuff?"
"They did on the first day, but we stuck to our brief like glue. They soon gave up, so thankfully there's been no detentions or anythin' like that."
"That's good." He smiled. "I'm glad."
"We tried thinking of things, but right now we're not sure if we've got anythin' that will work good enough. There's a large amount of risk with almost any of us. I sure wouldn't like to see that Mimic get hold of Aizawa's quirk, for example. That would be far too tough to deal with. But, we did wonder about somethin' like a regular slug-fest."
