"Alright, class, let's get this homework over with."
Aizawa shuffled into place behind his desk, a bundle of collected papers in one hand and a small brass bell in the other. The latter was placed onto the top edge of his desk before he sat down, and the former was then quickly skimmed through while the class waited in nervous silence.
"As you all know," he told them as he continued to read, "Minari set you this task yesterday as part of your lesson. Her patrol should be over by now, but sometimes they get extended by a few last-minute hopefuls."
"So what's the purpose of this, sir?" Tenya asked.
"The general idea is that it'll make each of you aware of your current weaknesses as well as your strengths." He explained. "You're bound to focus on your strengths, of course; they're your tools of the trade. But weak spots also need to be addressed properly, and it's quite easy to overlook or even ignore them. Almost all of your training so far has been designed to expand your quirks and give you more options- thereby making you stronger."
"So this will help us to do the same for our weak spots?"
"Yes, that is correct. Simple, isn't it?"

It was; stupidly simple, in fact.
After another minute, Aizawa raised his head and began to dispense some of the results. "You've all done as she asked. I thank you for that on her behalf. I'll start with you, Kirishima. Listen well, for some of your next lessons may be tailored to stamp out what you're about to hear."
Kirishima was nervous, but he nodded.
"Obviously, your main strengths are the large amount of confidence you have, and how approachable you are in general. You're pretty well-liked. Also, everyone here has listed your quirk as an excellent defensive shield. You've done good work on that, so that's bound to come up."
"Yeah!" Kirishima punched the air with his fist.
"However," Aizawa then continued, "the general opinion also states that your quirk isn't thought of as offensive. People think of you as a shield, when you could also be quite an effective sword or spear. As well as that, you're sometimes prone to letting your temper lead you into rash decisions, and you're a little too bothered about your manliness and how other people perceive you."

Kirishima looked dejected, but he nodded. "...yeah."
"All of these things can be corrected. Do not take this as a sign that nobody likes you or thinks highly of you- and I'd say the same to anyone in this classroom. This isn't about making you or anyone look like an idiot. It's helping you to see the areas of improvement that you yourself may forget."
"Thanks, teach." The young man nodded. "I know what you're tryin' to say. It's kinda cool, actually, cos' it means that everyone cares about me and wants me to do well."
"That's correct. And so, let's go to the next person. Ashido. You're also very easy to get along with, you're energetic and your quirk has many different uses. However, you sometimes get too excited or panic in an emergency, and your acid is maybe not quite strong enough for all purposes."
She also looked a little sad, but she kept her chin up high.
"Mineta. You're really clever and find solutions for how to use your quirk to gain advantage, but your uniform makes you look like a baby and you're a raging pervert."
"...I knew that'd come up." Mineta sighed.
And in this manner, results continued to come out.

"Momo. Your quirk is incredibly versatile and your knowledge of materials is second to none. But, you're lacking confidence in yourself and you're far too prone to attack when trying to create large objects."
"Thanks, everyone." She nodded. "I'll do my best."
"Midoriya. Your quirk is stupidly strong, you're extremely popular and you've inspired everyone in this room to do better and follow your lead. For weaknesses, you need a bit more confidence in yourself. You also have some work to do on limiting damage to your own body, and you're very prone to sacrificing your own progress to help others...I'd call part of that a strength, actually, but there you have it."
Izuku nodded. "Understood. Thanks, guys."
   "Bakugo...where do I even begin..."
Uh-oh. This was going to be interesting.
"I don't have any weaknesses." He stated.
"For your strengths, your quirk is one of the strongest here. Your battle sense is excellent, and your courage and determination beat almost everyone except for Midoriya."
He ground his teeth at that, but managed to stay quiet.
