*Logan POV*
Where the fuck is he? I was standing in my office calling Adam. This was my third time trying to reach him but no answer. As I was going to sit down there was a knock at my door. I got up to open it but it was only Jordynn. "Oh it's just you," I said allowing her to come in.
"What do you want I'm kinda busy right now waiting for Adam or as you would call him Mr.East." When I said that she blushed a little.
She cleared her throat. "I finished the work you assigned me." She handed me the box dusting off her hands and dress. And lord did she look good in it. "Alright since you have nothing else to do, try reaching Mr.East for me." Yes, sir, she said about to walk out the door, as soon as she did the door swung open almost hitting her. Adam ran in. "Sorry I'm late I just got caught up last night and had to go home and freshen up." He turned to the side and noticed Jordynn. "Good morning Ms.Lewis," he said smiling at her. "Good morning Mr.East" she responded heading out the office. He staring at her while biting his lip and if anything it was pissing me off. I cleared my throat to get his attention. "So what happened last night?" I asked very curiously. He sat down in front of my desk rubbing the back of his head. "Well you know I got some ass, and it was one of the best I've ever had." I laughed propping up my feet. "Who was it?" He looked at me nervously. "I'm afraid I can't tell you that." "And why not?" I shot back. "Cause like a magician, I never tell my secrets."
Hours have passed and everyone starts to file out the office for closing time. As I grab my stuff I hear giggling coming from Jordynn's office. What the hell is she still doing here she was supposed to be gone an hour ago. As I open the door I couldn't believe my eyes
Adam and Jordynn were literally having a heated moment on her desk.
"What the fuck is going on here," I yell. I can feel myself fill with anger and rage. Adam smirks and chuckles while Jordynn tries to put her shirt back on.
Jordynn grabs her things and runs out of the door. "Adam why the hell were you making out with my assistant!?" He looks at me and tries to leave. "I don't have time for this right now Logan, we can discuss this later or drop it." That just pissed me off more. I grabbed him by his shirt and slam him against the wall. "If you have time to try and get into Jordynn's pants you have time to explain yourself." He shoves me off of him. "You don't get everything you want Logan just fucking deal with it.." he gets closer to my face and glares at me "I beat you to the punch and you're jealous and I don't have to try and do anything with Jordynn cause I already succeeded last night!."
I rub my face and cock back and punch him in the nose. "Stay the fuck away from her, or else." I grab my things and head for the elevator and see Jordynn.
"Where's Adam?" She asked looking over my shoulder. I roll my eyes and grab her wrist. "It doesn't matter now let's go Jordynn."
She pulls out of my grip taken back at my action. "No this is not how things work Mr.Matthews, just because I work for you doesn't mean you control my love life...so just leave me alone."
"Leave you alone!? Are you serious Jordynn, I try to help you from a douche and this is how you repay me!?" I scoff and look at her standing in a far corner. "Fine I'll leave you alone but you're fired."
*JORDYNN POV*
Fired..the word keeps replaying in my head and I feel tears coming on. "But Mr..."
"No Jordynn I'm gonna do what you asked and leave you alone." He points down the hall and I see Adam. He runs over to me and picks me up.
He rolls his eyes at Adam's actions. "How cute, now you two love birds can get the fuck out of my building." "Now."
