LOGAN POV
Our date has been going good so far. We already went to the movies, which was amazing. She wanted to watch Incredibles 2 so why not. She was so cute when she smiled and laughed at the film. It's actually been a while since I let my inner child out, and there's not any other way I'd rather do it.
"The movie was amazing." She said bouncing up and down in her seat as I drove down the road.
"It really was." I said smiling. "it's been a while I got to let loose you know."
"Yeah, I understand but do you always work like 24/7?" "Do you ever just go out."
I shrugged my shoulders and looked at her as we came up to a red light. "I mean it's the only thing that keeps my brain occupied, and when I do go out its to get my dinner after leaving work."
"Do you not cook?" She asked looking at me.
"Nope, never really have time for it."
She then shook her head and slapped my arm playfully.
"Owww," I said playfully rubbing my arm. "What was that for?" I laughed.
"Fuck that cooking class." She then looked at me mischievously. "We're gonna cook our own meal, so go to the store."
I nodded my head and headed towards the store "anything for you captain."
About 10 minutes later we made it to the store. I guess she was excited cause she hoped out the car quick.
"Come on." She said grabbing my hand and pulling me into the store.
JORDYNN POV
I can't believe Logan hasn't had a home-cooked meal in a while. So instead of going to the cooking class, I wanted to cook with him.
I grabbed his hands and pulled him in the store. It just felt so warm and perfect holding mine, that I didn't wanna let go.
"So what are we gonna make," he asked grabbing a grocery basket.
"We are gonna make, taco casserole but with a twist," I said going towards the chip aisle.
I then grabbed two bags of ranch dipped hot wings Doritos. These were delicious and will definitely add a little kick. After grabbing everything else we needed we headed to check out.
"Did you find everything alright cutie?" The cashier asked as she rung up the items.
"Uh yes I believe so," he replied while taking out his card.
"Well your total will be $32.13," she said as she stared at me biting her lip.
Logan then swiped his cards and grabs the things. So hands me the receipt and another piece of paper. "Have a nice night."
As I walked out of the store I read the note: "I wasn't hitting on him in the store only you, if you ever need anything call ;)"
I smiled and got into the car.
Logan started the car and shook his head. "I wish women would stop hitting on me everywhere I go, especially when I'm with you."
I looked at him puzzled and he caught on.
"I'm talking about the cashier she called me cutie and smiling hella hard."
I erupted out in laughter while clutching my stomach.
"Logan she wasn't talking to you." I wiped away my imaginary tears.
"What do you mean she wasn't talking to me."
As we got to the red light I passed him the note and he read it. I can tell he was embarrassed cause he was blushing a little.
"You won't be needing this." He said stuffing it in his pocket. "I don't care what gender they are you are mine."
A few minutes later we arrived at Logan's place and let me tell you it was amazing. We grabbed the thing out of the car and walked inside where it basically puts the cherry on top of everything. It was so unique. Very modern and sleek.
"Wow." I said walking in the kitchen "this place is amazing."
"How can you rarely cooking in the kitchen it's breathtaking." I skipped around the kitchen like a kid in a candy shop. I couldn't control myself.
LOGAN POV
Her reaction was perfect, I wanted her to like it cause hopefully one day this will be her domain too.
"You like?" I ask while unbagging and placing things on the counter.
"I love it," she said twirling around. "I expect a house tour."
"Okay I don't mind, but can we start cooking I'm starving."
She smiled and went to the sink, "of course but wash your hands."
After about 30-45 minutes we finally finish cooking the looks and smells amazing.
"Dig in big fella," she said patting my shoulders.
I smiled and shook my head. "It better be good, I'm counting on you."
"Whatever," she said grabbing a plate and handing it to me. "This is my first time making this so bare with me."
"Oh god, we're gonna die, "I said dramatic putting food on our plates.
"Oh shut up princess," she said giggling and digging in.
It was delicious, When she looked up from her plate I was already done with mine. "I see you like it." she laughed and got up to get me some more.
"Oh shush, I'll admit you're a good cook but not better than me." He smiled mischievously.
"Is that so," she asks giving me my plate back.
"Yep." He said nodding his head eating more.
As we continued our dinner and conversation there came a knock at the door. I looked at Jordynn very puzzled. I guess she was wondering the same thing cause I shrugged my shoulders. "Maybe they'll go away."
Jordynn POV
He was right there came no more knocks which for some reason didn't sit right with me, but I just decided to shrug it off. As the night went on we decided to watch movies and drink wine. One wine bottle into the movie and we was no longer focused on the tv, just on each other. I don't know what got over me but at that moment I had a desire for Logan and I was intending on getting what I wanted. The further we made it upstairs the fewer clothes we had on our body.
As he laid me on the bed, he looked at me as if he made a mistake.
"I'm sorry I shouldn't be doing this." He said pacing back and forth.
I walked over to him and kissed him. "It's okay Logan I want this to happen just please make me feel good."
With that reassurance he picked me up and placed me back onto the bed. He did what I asked. All my worries went out the window. He treated me carefully as if I was a priceless artifact. Being in Logan's arms felt so right I felt safe. I looked at him as he slept. And smiled. I kissed his nose and cuddled close to him and let sleep take over me.
The next morning I had a strange feeling. One that no one could shake. When I open my eyes I am filled with fear.
"Logan wake up," I said shaking him roughly.
When he finally wakes up he looks at me and grabs my face. "Jordynn what's wrong." All I could do is point to the corner. He then turns around and sees my nightmare in front of us.
"Well, what do we have here," Adam says waving a gun around in his hand.
