The words my parents said kept replaying in my head all night. It was indeed time for me to settle down and find someone I can call mine for the rest of my life. And I hope that person is Jordynn. As I roll over in bed I look at the time and see it's 7:00 am. I want today to be stress-free and get close to Jordynn as possible, so I decided to call her.
*ring* *ring*
"Hellloo." She says very cheerfully. That made me smile at least knowing her day was starting off good, made me happy.
"Hey Jordynn, don't worry about going into work today," I say getting out of bed.
"Why not?" She asked very confused.
"Cause I wanna take you out, you know get to know you." I soon begin pacing back and forth in my room. I have never been so nervous when it came to women. But Jordynn was different. She was broken and needed to be mended back together, and I hope it would be me doing the mending.
"Out?, like on a date?"
"You can say that I guess, we can do whatever you want, stress-free everything on me." I say sitting back on my bed.
"Anything??" She asked excitedly.
"Anything." I say reassuring her.
"Okay fine, pick me up at 1:30." And dress casual, let loose." With that she hung up the phone.
I was actually relieved she said yes but kinda scared at the same time, what in the hell did this girl have planned. I walked to the bathroom and did my daily hygienic stuff and got dressed. Since it was starting to get chilly I decided to wear something cozy yet casual.
I really hope this girl isn't planning anything tricky.

JORDYNN POV
I was a little surprised this morning when Logan told me not to bother going to work. But what really put the cherry on top is when he asked me out, like a date I guess. I know he promised he would change his ways and I was honestly a little skeptic at first, but this might actually be him trying to show he meant what he said. I finally decided to get out of bed at 11:00 which hopefully is enough to get ready. I head to the bathroom to do my business, which is to shower, brush my teeth and clean my face. When all is done I head back to my room to pick out an outfit.
"Let's see what shall I wear," I ask myself while going towards my closet. After about 30 minutes of flaring around, I finally make up my mind. I decided to go with a brown long sleeve semi crop top and black skinny jeans.
