Jordynn POV
I was currently living my worst nightmare right now. I was home alone with my baby girl and locked in a room with a monster who claimed to love me. I don't care how bad I was gonna get hurt I was determined to get my daughter to safety one way or another.
"Well are you gonna stand there looking dumb or are you gonna come welcome me home."
"Adam, I don't know what's going through your brain, but what we had is long gone, never to come back." "You hurt me in many different ways and I can never forgive you."
He slowly leaned forward and sat on the edge of the bed, he didn't even bother to look at me. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad but I didn't want to find out. He slowly stood up and made his way over to me. He towered over me and looked down at me while stroking my cheek with his thumb.
"Jordynn look at me."
I shook my head and continued to look at the floor. I didn't dare to look in the eyes of the beast standing right before me. He signed frustratedly and shook his head.
"Now I don't want to hurt you especially on my first day after seeing you for so long, now look at me." I still continue to look at the ground. I was no longer going to let him push me around anymore as if he owned me. I take a peak up looking at him, and his nostrils were flaring and his face was turning red. Before I knew it I hear a loud noise on side of my head causing me to flinch. I look next to me and see that he punched a hole into the wall.
"You're really starting to piss me off." He then grabs my face and makes me turn to look at the wall. "That could have been you, stop pushing my damn buttons so much Jordynn, and stop acting like I won't do shit about your actions."
He leaned down in my face and placed a kiss on my cheek. "Now tell me love, where is my lovely child?"
Those words causing me to tense up and get nervous. I was not letting him anywhere near Lydia. He would have to pry her from my dead hands. I look up at him and smile. "The baby is fine, you should be more interested in me." I place my arms on his shoulders and look up at him. He smiled and kissed the crook of my neck. "Is that so?" "Prove that to me," I smirked and knee him right in the crotch then pushing him on the ground. I run out of the room into the girls' room. I grab Lydia and run into the bathroom across the hall. I rock her back and forth prayer that she remains quiet.
"Come out you little bitch. I will make you pay for what you have done." "You really think my cousin loves and care about you. Think again. I'm trying to help you and this is how you repay me."
The air was filled with tension. I had no phone to call for help. A psychopath was currently loose in the house and who knows what he is capable of. All there was to do was pray. Pray that my baby girl and I can get out of this safely, or at least her. Pray that someone would walk through the door and put an end to his madness. As we sat quietly in the tub. I hear Adam walk back upstairs followed by another set of footsteps.
"Come on Jordynn baby we both overreacted here. Just come out and we could talk this out. Please, sweetie just come on out."
As he continued to talk the footsteps got closer and closer until they came to a complete stop. He tried to open the door but it was locked. I knew I had a few seconds before he would burst through that door. I couldn't fight. It would get my baby hurt and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if that was to happen.
"Come on Jordynn open the damn door and we can do this the easy way."
"Go fuck yourself, Adam." I yell while holding Lydia closer to me and kissing her cheek. "I'm sorry baby girl."
Within seconds Adam gets into the bathroom followed by a bigger guy. He looked down at me shaking his head and smiling. "Look at my little family, aren't they just adorable Hulk." He turned and looked at the guy then back at us.
