Dragging the lipstick across my lip, I looked in the mirror. Dinner reservations were at 7:45 and it was a restaurant in our hotel. I still felt sick, but it wasn't unbearable.

"Baby," Dylan knocked on the door. "Are you ready?" I sent a smile, nodding, and put my lipstick back in the bag. "You look beautiful." He kissed my head.

"Thank you." Blushing, I grabbed his hand and met Holland and Max in the living area. She looked gorgeous in a deep red dress.  I wore a tan dress with floral decal.

"Let's go!" She smiled, practically pulling us to the door.

It didn't take long to get to the restaurant nor did it take a long time to be seated. Max and Dylan started to talk on their own while we waited for the waiter.

"So," Holland smiled, looking at the menu. "Are you nervous to meet his parents?"

I gave a silent scream, nodding. "It went well with mine, hopefully they like me." "They'll love you." Gazing the menu I sighed. "You think?"

"Obviously!" Holland was always supportive. "I think we should try this wine, it sounds good."

"Sign me up."

The food came and I posed with my wine glass for a few photos. I took a sip and I could tell it wasn't sitting well. It put me off from drinking and eating, though I would take casual sips or bites to go along with everyone.

"Are you okay?" Dylan whispered. I nodded, putting my drink down. "I think I'm just gonna use the bathroom." He nodded and I stood up, walking towards the restrooms.

My hands cradled my stomach as I hovered over a toilet, feeling my mouth water. After a gag or two, I eventually threw up; relieving me of the stomach pains.

"Kora?" Great. "Are you okay?" I heard Holland outside of my stall.

"Yeah," I sighed, flushing and fixing my dress. I walked out to wash my hands. "I'm really not feeling good."

She looked at me, almost smirking. "Did you throw up because of the wine?" "Probably. It didn't sit well." Her eyes lit up as she walked over. "Kora, are you pregnant?"

I laughed, drying my hands. "Oh, god no. I seriously just think I'm getting a bug. It's been like this for a few days."

"When was the last time you guys, you know?"

"Like, a couple days ago. Guess what, I took the pill." I smiled, walking out of the bathroom.
