Chapter 7: Morning

As Luffy rouse from a heavy slumber he's first aware of a warm sensation, different from when he was laying in his own bed. He half wonders if he's still dreaming as he opens his eyes and looks at the body pressed against his own. He gasps and his eyes widen, his face as red as a tomato. Now he's awake, perhaps more fully awake than he has ever been.

What. The. Hell.

How did this happen??

Luffy tried to recall his memories from last night. He remembered torao teaching him some stuff about.. Uhm.. Math? It was kinda boring so he must have fallen asleep. Why didn't Law wake him up?? Was he okay with Luffy laying on him?

The boy carefully sat up and looked at him. Torao's features were much softer in his sleep. He looked peaceful. Luffy wanted nothing more then to wrap his arms around the older man and cuddle him all day long.  

Oh shit! 

He just realised.

He didn't tell his brothers that he was with his teacher. He thought he would have returned home before they did.

Sabo's gonna be pissed!!

Luffy quickly grabbed his phone and turned it on. Waiting a few seconds before all of his messages came through.

8:58 Blondie: Luffy where are you? You should've been home by now.

9:35 Blondie: I'm worried, please text me back!

9:51: Flame boy: You missed dinner lol

10:04 Blondie: Answer meeee!!!

10:41 Blondie: LUFFY!!

11:23 Flame boy: Dude, Sabo's freaking out, txt him back

00:25 Blondie: WHERE ARE YOU?!!

2:12 Flame boy: You dead or smtg?

2:20 Zoronoa: Yo, ur brother just called me to ask me where u are. 

2:21 Zoronoa: Don't tell me ur still with ur teacher?

A bunch of messages came trough and it took Luffy a moment to read them all. Shit.. he really made them worried. He should go home now..

7:21 Pirate king: Sorry, I'm coming.

He looked back at the sleeping torao. Should he wake him up?
Luffy should let him know that he's going home. But wouldn't it be awkward for Law to wake up seeing that Luffy is still there?

He decided to let him sleep. Torao looked so cute when he was sleeping..

Luffy grabbed his math book and teared a small piece of it. He grabbed a pen and left a note on it for Law when he wakes up.

He put the paper on the coffee table and put his things inside of his bag. Trying to make as less sound as possible.

Luffy heard a small noise and looked at torao to see if he had woken him up.

The older man had his eyes still closed. Luffy smiled and leaned in, placing a small peck on his teacher's cheek. He then stood up and grabbed his bagpack, putting it on his back.

He walked slowly to the door and opened it, then getting out and closing the door behind him. Luffy grabbed his bike and got on, quickly cycling away to his house.

Law heard the door closing and opened his eyes. He smiled and touched his cheek. He had just woken up when he felt Luffy kiss his cheek. 'That's a nice way to wake up..' he thought.

Too bad the boy had to leave already, he wouldn't have mind to make breakfast for him. But Law knew he had to go home. His family must be worried.. he hoped he wouldn't get in trouble for 'sleeping' with a student.. okay that sounded wrong.

Law got up and noticed a small paper on the coffee table and grabbed it.

Sorry for falling asleep yesterday.. I had to go home but didn't want to wake you up. Have a nice day! :)

Cute.. Law thought. And decided to keep the little note in his pocket.
