QIANG sat at a table in the small café in town called Sea Bubble Tea. Although the name of the shop said "Bubble Tea" it also sold other beverages. Many people liked it due to its island jams and vibes. It was one of Qiang's favorite places because her friends didn't know about it and they play one of her favorite music genres.

Now, it might sound messed up that she was happy her friends didn't come to the café, but she had her reasons. For one, she liked the peace that the café gave her to which her friends would destroy. And two, she often came to escape Zhengting and Tzuyu here.

There were times when Zhengting would have Tzuyu at his house and they would come over. She was the third wheel. The third wheel that Tzuyu liked to bully whenever she wanted and Zhengting did nothing about it. But this was also her fault because she didn't want to upset Zhengting.

As Qiang hummed to the reggae music as she did her homework. She glanced up at the screen of her laptop as she wrote her research notes down in blue ink since it supposedly helped with memorization.

As she wrote her next note for her research paper, a Sea Bubble Tea cup was placed beside her binder.

"I didn't order..." she trailed off as she looked up to meet the eyes of a girl with long brown hair and a cute smile. "Chengxiao."

"Jiejie," the younger girl smiled although Qiang was barely a year older than her.

"We'll sit down," Qiang giggles motioning towards the chair beside her which Chengxiao immediately took. Qiang looked her over and saw that the girl was dressed nicer than usually. She wasn't just wearing a hoodie, but she was wearing a pastel blue blouse with a pair of white capris. "What're you all dressed up for?"

"My cousin and his friend are supposed to meet me here. I'm supposed to be hanging out with them since my brother is at his club. They're supposed to be here by now," Chengxiao frowns before sipping her Bubble Tea then points to the one she bought for Qiang. "Drink up before it turns all melted."

"Thanks," Qiang smiled.

As Chengxiao waited for her cousin and his friend, she and Qiang talked about dance which also led to talking about Zhengting since the three of them did dance together as young children. "So basically he's still an idiot?"

"Don't speak about Jungjung like that. I'm just not his type," Qiang sighed heavily as she threw her head back.

"Maybe if you didn't dress like such a dude," Chengxiao pulled at the girl's hoodie. "Kidding. You're very cute, Qiang. I just think Tingting is too blind and stupid to see it."

"Yes, to see it. I'm that it, just an it," Qiang said in a monotone voice that made Chengxiao slap her shoulder.

"I'm serious, Jiejie. One day he'll regret not being with you when you're all happy and lovey with someone else." Chengxiao crossed her arms over her chest like a child as she pouted.

"I'll be lovey with her," a voice said drawing the two's attentions. Two boys stood in front of their table dressed fashionably. One of them had black hair cut to a mullet and the other hand brown hair that could look black in certain lighting.

"Minghao," Chengxiao jumped from her seat and hugged the boy who was clearly her cousin since Chengxiao wouldn't just hug any boy.

Qiang watched and smiled over how happy Chengxiao seemed to see him. The other boy stood with his hands in his pockets, smiling at her. She hadn't realize it, but he was very handsome.

"Minghao, this is my friend Qiang. Qiang, this is cousin Minghao," Chengxiao smiled to Qiang who stood and exchanged hellos with her cousin then looked at Minghao's friend.

"Ah...Xiaoxiao. Qiang. This is my friend Wen Junhui."

"Nice to meet you," the guy smiled shaking Chengxiao's hand before turning to Qiang. She put her hand out to him which he gently took, but didn't shake. Instead, Junhui lifted it up to his lips and pressed a kiss to her knuckles. "But you can call me Jun, my Rose."
