"Are you sure you're going to be okay? Do you want me to stay? Because I can if you want me to..." I was silenced by my mother putting her hand over my mouth laughing a little, wrapping me in her arms.
"It's okay, George. We're going to be okay. We will call you when he wakes up, okay?" My mum smiles genuinley, letting me go and staring into my eyes.
"Okay," I say, almost as a whisper, as Michael wraps his arm around my waist.
"It was lovely meeting you, Mrs. Noble. I'm sorry about the circumstances though," Michael chuckles, reaching out his hand to shake. My mother shakes her head, wrapping her arms around him. He keeps one arm around my waist, hugging my mother back tightly.
"Don't call me Mrs. Noble. Just call me Jo," she smiles, letting him go and smiling at us both.
"Have a safe flight, I love you Georgia," my mum says, kissing my cheek.
"It was lovely meeting you Michael, you seem like a very lovely boy."
"Bye mum!" I say as I walk out of the hospital that I have been staying in for the past 24 hours. We slept there overnight, I didn't want to leave my brother straight away. I wanted to have been there for as long as I possibly could, but in reality, I really can't miss anymore University. I already missed two weeks staying with Michael.
"Bye sweetie!" My mum yells, and punches my dad in the arm.
"Bye Georgia," my dad shouts from his seat, and drifts back to sleep. I just chuckle at his state, he had drool rolling down his face and his bottom two buttons of his shirt had somehow gotten undone in his sleep.
"Bye Jack," I say quietly, so only I could here it.

As I walked into my appartment, Rachel is sitting on the couch with Niall watching some kids movie. I stand and watch the TV for a second, picking up that it was 'Teen Beach Movie'. I smile, sitting down on the couch with them.
"Hey George, how are you feeling?" Rachel asks with concern, smiling as I just nod.
"I'm okay," I smile, not really wanting to talk about my trip. Rachel opens her mouth as if she was about to say something, but closes it and turns her attention back to the TV.
"He's fine, he had a fractured skull and his brain was bleeding and went into immediate surgery, but it was successful. When I left, he had just come out of his back surgery, and that was successful as well. The doctors thought he was going to be paralysed, but he shouldn't be. He won't be able to walk for a while, but after 1-2 years in recovery, he should be back to leading his normal life," I say, answering the question she was obviously going to ask, but reconsidered incase the news wasn't good.
"That's good, wouldn't want my little nugget to be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, would I?" She smiles, coming over and giving me a hug. I squeeze back, but eventually push her off of me, as she lands with a loud bang on the floor. I just laugh as she stands up, trying to act cool.
"I'm fine, thanks for asking," she says, but I just continue to laugh. This makes me sound like an awful person, but watching her fall over, which she usually does whether I push her or not, well, it's usually because I push her, but it just brings a smile to my face. Oh God, that really does make me sound like an awful person. I am awful to her, but she knows I love her. She mutters something under her breathe, standing up and sitting back with Niall on the other couch.
Michael sits down next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist. His arms always seem to find themselves there, no matter what the situation is. Whether it's on the Wild Mouse, in the hospital, at University, at the beach, in the city, in my bedroom, on the couch.. I could go on. But wherever we are, and whatever we're doing, his arm is always around my waist. It makes me feel so safe, and I can never get enough of it. I lean my head on his shoulder, as he laughs at something on the TV. His laugh is what I live for, it is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard.
