Chapter 19-
**Ryan’s POV**
An idiot.
That’s how I felt. I feel like the biggest idiot in the world. What did I do to deserve this?.
Is this why you shouldn’t fall for someone without fully knowing who they are?.
I can’t believe she was capable of lying to me. I never gave her a reason to do so.
Fuck this.
I walked to my car and drove off. Security in this school were slack. But for that I was glad.
I decided I would spend the evening at the waterfall. That’s the only place I go and where I can think without the worry of someone interrupting me. I drove all the way over there and thankfully no one was here.
I got out of my car and walked up to the cave behind it and sat there.
Looking out to the waterfall from behind it was beautiful. It really helped me cool off.
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket checking who was calling me.
Tamara.
I ignored the call and as I was about to turn off my phone. It vibrated again.
A text from…Tamara.
“Look Ryan I’m sorry. I didn’t lie to you. It’s just a misunderstanding. Just let me explain, please?”.
I turned off my phone and placed it into my pocket.
I just kept replaying that scene in my head.
How could she?.
And I thought she was a really nice person after all.
Maybe she lied to Tom too. Not that she deserved what he was doing to her but…
Why would she do that to someone like me?.
I should just forget about her and live my life.
I took the small paper out of my pocket and stared at it.
If she’s living her life, then I should too. Maybe we’re not perfect for each other after all.
I turned my phone on only to find 5 more messages from Tamara and 27 missed calls. Tamara and Nick.
I dialed the number and called.
The high pitched voice answered. “Hello?”.
“Hey, it’s Ryan” I said.
“Um, Ryan as in the cutie Ryan Stokes?” She asked.
I rolled my eyes. “That’s me” I said.
“Oh hey! So any special reason of why you decided to call me?” She asked. I would say a little too excited.
“You want to spend lunch with me tomorrow?” I asked.
She gave out an excited laughed and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was jumping off the walls too.
I then heard giggles in the background. “Uh, did I call you in a bad moment?”.
“No, not at all. I’ll meet you by the front of the cafeteria” She said.
“Ok” I said before I hung up.
It was now getting dark so I walked back to my car and blasted some music to get my mood up . When I got home, I shut my car down and then took a shower to cool off and sat on my couch and decided to play video games.
