Chapter 11: mourning and a return

Walking back to catering from my locker room I notice all the pity stares. I sigh and roll my eyes and continue to walk. I get to catering in my gear and sit down next to colby. I groan " everyone was staring at me " I pout. He shakes his head "they just don't know what to say to you" he whispers. I nod and sigh "yeah I guess" I shrug. It's been a few months since we lost Olivia and I've stopped bleeding but I still miss her. Colby and I are closer than ever and we're being careful when it comes to having sex.

I look around and they're all talking together. "Hey guys there's a break coming up I think we should go somewhere" I suggest making them all stop talking. "Alright where?" Nattie asks. I smile "Mexico,  us here plus Nikki and Brie" I smile excited. They all nod "guys too?" Charlotte asks. I look at colby and he shrugs "why not?" He asks. I smile and kiss his cheek. "We can rent a big house with a big pool and we can just party" I smile. "Oooh" Becky smiles. "Can Luke come?" She asks with a smile. I laugh and nod "of course, it'll be a couples type vacation" I smile. "A celebration of life for olive" Roman says. I nod and smile "yes for olive" I smile and lay my head on Colby's chest. " we're going too right Jon?" Renee asks him. He sighs "yeah I guess" he shrugs and smiles. I smile "good!" I smile. "If it's for Olivia then yes of course I'll go" he smiles and kiss my head as he stands up.

I smile and look at them and they're smiling as well. " so you're returning tonight?" Charlotte asks. I nod "yeah I've got a mix match tag match with colby" I smile. "Against who?" Bayley asks. "Uhhh Sasha and finn" I sigh groaning. "We'll be fine" Colby kisses my head. I nod and smile "I know baby" I smile and peck his cheek. He smiles and holds me on his lap. The girls smile " you two are so cute" Nattie smiles. "When you get married can I be your maid of honour?" Becky asks. I blush "that's a little soon, we're not even engaged" I laugh lightly. I look at Roman and he smirks then I look at Jon and he's smirking too. I look at colby worried. He shrugs "they're being weird" he whispers. I nod and lay my head back on his chest.

After the match

I stand in the middle of the ring out of breath.  "So as you all know I was out because I was carrying our baby girl and unfortunately there were problems with her placenta which means that I gave birth early and she was stillborn BUT I'm not letting that stop me, I'm back and better than ever" I talk into the mic and put on a fake smile. I turn to colby and hand him the mic. "Watching her go through that made me feel a lot of things and now that she's feeling better makes me a proud boyfriend, Olivia may not be here with us but I know she's up there with Owen hart taking bumps and giving him arm bars" seth talks and smiles at me. I smile and pull him into a hug. "I love you so much" I whisper. He smiles and kisses my head. "I love you so much Kat" he says into the mic.

The fans go crazy and we get out of the ring and walk back stage. I let it all out and my face is covered in tears before Stephanie even reaches me. "I'm proud of you" she pulls me into a hug. I sob for a bit until colby picks me up and carries me to our locker room. I wipe my face as he places me on the couch. "I'm sorry for crying all the time" I whisper.  "No baby its okay" he pulls me onto his lap and kisses my head. "I cry when you're not around" he admits. I look at him "really?" I ask. He nods "yeah baby I do" he frowns. I pout and kiss him. "We've got this" I whisper and he nods. I smile and kiss him softly. He smiles and kisses back deeply.

"Ewwww get away from my sister" I hear while straddling his lap. I groan and get off his lap and look at Jon.  "Cock block" Colby mutters. I slap his chest and they both chuckle. "I don't think I'm blocking anything I know you'll be doing it at the hotel later" Jon smirks.  I roll my eyes "it helps me sleep" I pout.  "When you're doing it for hours?" Joe walks in. I glare at all three of them "you're mean" I pout. Colby chuckles and pulls me onto his lap again. "It's okay you still love us" he smirks. I blush and hide my face in his chest.

We leave to the hotel a short bit later and I lay on the couch and stare at the tv as colby's in the shower.  Colby looks up and I look at him and bite my lip so I take a picture and make it my wallpaper and smirk to myself. He chuckles and climbs into bed next to me. He pulls me close and kisses my head. "I love you katrina" he whispers.  "I love you too colby" I smile and snuggle into his chest. I fall asleep slowly in his arms and feel him kiss my head. I smile in my sleep and snore lightly.
