-2 mouths later-
Today is me and Emilio first birthday together in 2 years, we are turning 21 and our family is coming. They are happy that Emilio is awake and I'm happy that Emilio is awake because on the last 2 birthday that I had, I just stayed with him in the hospital.
He was already up and was making a Snapchat, I got up and boomed his photo by kissing him on check and I could smell his cologne.

Ivan-I should say that to you
Emilio-Why is that, your my twin
Ivan-We are 21
Emilio-I THOUGHT WE WERE 19
Ivan-When we turn 19, I was at the hospital
Emilio-Did you eat cake
Ivan-Yeah, but we are 21
Emilio-Oh, nice to know
He looked down, his mind is still 2 years back and I will say that it is really frustrating at times but he will get it. I took his chain and kissed him, he grabbed my elbows and started to kiss me back.
Ivan-We should probably get ready

Ruben-I don't think you guys should trample him
Ivan-Ruben is right, his brain is still 2 years back when he got into the comma, he thought we were turning 19

Everyone in our family knows about me and Emilio and they all are supportive about it so we are open to them. I went to pick up Pablo and I played with him, soon the door ring and it was a package.

I signed and took the box, it was Emilio's birthday gift. It was a ring, a promise ring (On the top) I hured Emilio coming down so I hid the box, will Ruben helped me but he didn't see it.
Emilio-Hello
Mama-Oh my gosh, my boy is awake
Emilio smailed and they hugged and Rebecca came and hugged them, when we got done eating I went to take a shower and hide Emilio's present. We hunged out with our family all day and we went to the fair, when we were done me and Emilio got ready for a date.
But before we left I gave him a present, we sat on bed and he opened the box that I wrapped.
Emilio-A promise ring
Ivan-Do you like it
Emilio-I love it
He hugged me and kissed me on the cheek, he put it on and we went to dinner and went to sleep.
Emilio-Is this better then the last 2 years
Ivan-So much better, as a brother or more, I love you
