Taeyong has to use all of his will to not push Ten away. But he does not kiss him back.

After only a brief moment, he gently pulls away and forces a smile onto his lips.

"See? We are fine" He tells Lisa who just smiles and continues to prepare the food.

Ten continues to smile as he looks over at his ex. Taeyong tries to remain calm and breathes deeply as he avoids the younger's gaze.

Muttering some excuse about needing to get air, Taeyong leaves the kitchen and hurried outside.

His ex doesn't follow him.

He stops in the front yard and leans over the small patio as he hyperventilates.

Ten kissed him. He really kissed him.

Hands trembling, Taeyong pulls out his phone and dials Jaehyun's number. The younger answers immediately.

"Hey, bored already?" The doctor jokes.

"J-Jaehyun" Taeyong stutters into the phone. The tone in the younger's voice immediately changes to one filled with concern.

"What's wrong?" He asks. "Breathe. I'm here. Breathe Taeyong."

"H-He kissed me. Jae he kissed me and it felt so wrong." Taeyong explains and the other end of the line is silent for a brief moment.

"Just breathe. Concentrate on my voice" The doctor does his best to soothe his boyfriend but he knows that he can't do anything without seeing him.

"Would you be able to ditch dinner and come see me for a bit. I really don't think you'd be ready for this tonight."

"Meet me in the lobby" Taeyong mutters and hangs up the phone.

He places it in his back pocket and looks at the house, debating whether he should tell Ten and Lisa that he's leaving or not.

Deciding that he'll just message Ten at a later stage, he makes his way to the hotel where Jaehyun waits for him.

He runs into the younger's arms as he waits for him in the lobby as mentioned.

Jaehyun holds onto the trembling boy tightly as he tells him to breathe.

"You're shaking like a leaf" He states and Taeyong just nods stiffly.

"Let's take you to my room."

They go up the elevator to floor 14. Arriving at the room, Taeyong is surprised to see Yuta isn't there.

"He went out to dinner with a friend. His name was Bambam by memory. Is he close with you guys?" Jaehyun asks and Taeyong smiles softly.

"Whenever we came here, I was always with Ten so Yuta was quick to make friends with this guy. They have been pretty close since."

"That's a nice story" Jaehyun smiles and helps Taeyong out of his shoes before bringing the older to sit in the end of the bed.

Sitting beside him, he wraps his around his shoulder and just rubs soothing circles on his shoulder.

Soon Taeyong has a thought filling his mind and he turns to look up at Jaehyun who is just looking ahead, content.

"I can't stay here the whole time. That would ruin the reason as to why I came in the first place."

"Don't remind me. With the way you are at the moment, I don't want to let you go back" The doctor states and tightens his grip on the older.

Taeyong slowly calms after a while and slowly moves his hand to rest on Jaehyun's thigh.
