MELA'S Pov: It was Monday and I was barely getting ready for school when I got a phone call from an unknown phone number. I didn't answer it so I just decided to just rush so dad would not notice I was worried and rushed to school.

I was opening my locker when a note fell out and it really creeped me out that I just froze up after I read it.
Letter: I know that you are Ross Lynch's daughter and you will be the cause of his down fall you if never show yourself again to protect you dad that will be even worst for you watch your back Melanie
When I finally regain consciousness I dropped my stuff and ran home quickly to show dad the note. Once I got there I called out for my dad and then he came out of the kitchen worried and I just handed him the note.
Ross "I'm going to get you a bodyguard"
Mela "But then people will know that we are rich"
Ross "It doesn't matter your safety is more important for me"
Mela "Please dad don't do this"
Ross "You are getting a bodyguard end of discussion Melanie"
Mela "Fine dad"
I then ran to my room crying and grabbed and backpack and packed some clothes in it an opened my window and threw it down. Then I slide down the rope I had hidden incase of any emergencies. I ran towards a drug store to buy hair dye. Once I bought it I went to a hotel and dyed my hair brown temporally till I can come back to my dad. When I was leaving the hotel to get some food some random person put a cloth over my mouth and nose after that I didn't know what had happen. Once I woke up I was in this really old and stinky room when I saw someone coming in.
Person "Little miss princess has finally woken up"
Mela "What do you want with me??"
Person "I want your dad to break and I will finally have my spotlight"
Mela "But no one will believe that im his daughter"
Person "They will if your dad wants you back"
Mela "He will never confess that im his daughter"
The person then left and I was all alone again and also starving a little because I hadn't eaten any breakfast.
(A couple of days later) I was so scared that I would never get out of here and then all of a sudden there I hear someone break down the door. They dragged me out and put me in a car afterwords we arrived somewhere. I saw the sun and my hair had apparently gone back to blonde when I saw my hair was a huge mess. I saw that we were going into a building and then I saw my dad onstage singing a duet with Laura. I was so scared that they would try to reveal that im his daughter I was scared I didn't want cameras following my every move. Then all of a sudden I heard gunshots from behind me and it scared me but got everybody's attention.
Person "Ross I have your most precious person"
Ross "What do you mean"
Person "I have your daughter" *everybody gasps*
Ross "I don't have a daughter I don't know what your talking about"
Person "We both know that Melanie Mearlia Navarro is your daughter"
Ross "I have never heard that name before" *person takes out a remote and it plays of video of Mela and Ross*
Person "Now everybody now knows that this is your daughter"
Mela *whispers* "That video is fake"
Person "Shut up you stinking girl" *Mela sees her dad mouthed "sorry"*
Ross "Don't call my daughter that"
Person "Now you confess" *takes out gun and points it to Mela's head*
Ross "No don't hurt her"
Person "Then back out of your career"
Ross "Don't hurt my daughter" *Mela is trying crying and screaming to get free since the person put a rag on her mouth*
Person "Back out"
Ross "No you have to work like everybody else does to reach towards you goal"
Person "I will kill her"
Ross "Don't hurt my daughter she might have been an accident but was the best thing that had happen to me made me a better person"
Person "Back out" *Riker walks up behind him and tackles the person down to the floor while Rocky took his gun away*
I tried to get up but I was to weak so Rydel took the rag out of my mouth and than I saw my dad run towards me and hug me. Then I saw the police take a the person away which I found out was called Andrew and wanted to become more famous than my dad. I just cried into his chest till I felt dizzy and then everything started to black out. When I woke up I was in a hospital and my hair was completely back to blonde my original hair color. Then I saw that a doctor was checking my vitals and I was ok and they were just going to keep me overnight for observation.
Mela "Hey dad"
Ross "Hey sweetie how are you feeling"
Mela "I feel better"
Ross "I'm so happy that you are ok"
Mela "Me too"
Ross "Why did you ran away"
Mela "I was going to find the person but apparently Andrew found me before I got to him"
Ross "I'm so happy that you are ok and back with us"
Mela "Yeah but now everybody knows that im your daughter"
Ross "I was going to ask you if you wanted to change your last name to Lynch"
Mela "I would love to dad now that everybody knows it doesn't matter what my last name is"
Ross "What did I ever do to deserve such a great daughter like you"
