Mela's Pov:
When I finally wake up I see that I'm in a dark room where their is only one little light bulb giving a little bit of light. It took a while to finally be able to see everything since my vision was blurry. All of a sudden I hear a door open and I quickly closed my eyes so they don't do anything to me.
Person "Get up bi*ch I know your awake"
*Kicks Mela in the stomach*
I get up and the person grabs me by my hair and pulls me up some stairs that I did not notice. When we finally get upstairs I here another person talking and then the one holding me threw me to the ground. I hit my head ended up hitting my head on the floor really hard.
Person 2 "Talk you stupid girl"
*The person pulls my hair and puts the phone to me*
Mela "Daddy help me they are hur-
*Gets caught off because they slapped her*
The person that was on the phone left to another room while the one that brought me here was now dragging me somewhere else. The person finally lets me go and chain me to a wall where now some man comes in and turns on the lights.
Man "So this is the girl"
Person "Yep you can even check her out"
*Walks towards Mela and starts checking her body out*
Man "She is very fit person I can get you some clients"
Person "Really how much is she worth"
Man "No first we have to send her to another place where they will teach her what she had to do"
Person "How much is that going to cost me"
Man "Nothing just don't beat her up anymore if not the deal is off"
Person "Got it no worries"
Man "Good now if you'll excuse me I have other things to check"
Person "When will you for her"
Man "Tomorrow mourning make sure she is dressed in a fancy dress and will come back once she has learned"
Person "Great then"
The people then left and I was still chained to the wall I really don't want to find out what they are going to do to me. I believe it is now mourning but since there is no window I really don't know at all. The two persons come in and change my clothes and then take me out to where the man from yesterday was. The man puts me in the car and then blind folds me so I can't see where we are going. The man then buckled me up and lowered down the windows since I can feel the wind. What they didn't know is that I have learn what the weather feels like in different places. I can technically figure out where we are just by feeling the wind on me. When we finally arrive at our destination I felt that we are in a different state but wonder what's the point of the dress. The man took me out of the car and pulled me to another place. Till we finally stopped and I was seated in a really comfy chair which was really weird still wondering where I am.
Man "Ok stay put or else your dead"
*Takes blindfold off*
When I look around I'm at these table which is being set still by the servants then a whole bunch of people step in.
Women "Ok so this is the girl Ruben"
Ruben "Yes and she needs to be train"
Women "Great she will start tonight now you will go by the name Lex got it"
Mela "No that's not my name"
*The women slaps Mela*
Women "Never do that again and you will answer me by saying yes mam"
Mela "Yes mam"
Women "Ok then now Harriet take this girl to her room since she doesn't get to eat"
A girl that looks younger than me come towards me and helps me stand up and then we head to another place. We walked to the basement where there was a whole bunch of doors she took me into one. The room looked really bad and there was two beds and a rack of clothes.
Harriet "This will be your room there will be someone coming with clothes that fit you so you can change"
Mela "Where are we"
Harriet "This is a fancy family that trains girls to become servants so now you are stuck here"
Mela "Who is the other bed for"
Harriet "That is your roommate she has been here the longest so she will help you but they might move you after a while"
Mela "Do you know what state we are in"
Harriet "We are in Florida"
Mela "Wow how did I arrive so quickly"
Harriet "The only reason is because I heard them talking that you were in Texas so it wasn't that far of a drive from there to here"
Mela "Ohh ok then"
Harriet "Now I have to go before I get in trouble just stay here or they will hit you again"
Mela "Ok"
Harriet then leaves and a couple of minutes passed by when someone comes by and asked for my size in clothes and shoes. The they bring me some clothes and they leave I change out of the dress into the outfit and I hated it. Then the women came in and looked at me then Harriet came in the room.
Women "Harriet take her to the kitchen and tell Fran that she has to teach Lex what to do around there"
Harriet "Yes mam come on Lex follow me"
We walk to the kitchen where she tells Fran what the women told her then they walk towards me.
Fran "Did they trick you that you were going to have a fancy life to"
Lex "Nope I got kidnapped by this people and then I was brought here"
They both look at me with shocked faces and I just stand there since I felt really awkward I hope they find me soon.
