It's been only five months of her and Felix, they have gotten undeniably close. She still kept her distance, she had to keep him safe. He was oblivious to the thin border she put up while he was laying his head on her stomach.
"I can't believe it's only been a few months. I feel like we were childhood mates," Felix spoke from his heart, it scared her.
She watched him play with her fingers while he watched the television, "I wish you were here when I needed you most."
"When did you need me most," Felix asked, he turned his head to look up at her.
She bit her lip and the tears threatened to spill. That thin barrier was breaking, "when my grandma became a star."
He slid up to lie his head on her chest over her heart, he heard it breaking so he wrapped his arms around her like it was a hope to keep her together. Sadly, she was already broken and all he could do was protect her from further harm. They were already inseparable, he had her by his side almost every day.

That weekend Felix took her out for ice cream and they walked around Sydney together. She was looking at her phone when an email came in.
"Remember when I said I was going to audition for that one company," She spoke quietly.
He looked at her, "what about it?"
As much as Felix loved and supported her hopes and dreams she just couldn't do it. If she told him she was moving also she would be broken but he would be shattered.
"Nothing," she muttered.
"Let's feed the duck," Felix said, the excitement in his eyes made her smile.
She watched as he broke off some of his wafflecone and threw pieces to the ducks. He smiled like a kid and the crinkles by his eyes were showing. She crouched down next to him but looked at him instead, poking his dimple that showed near the corner of his lips. He looked at her, she was so captivated by his free spirit, soulful eyes, and the stars on his cheeks.
"You're cute," they said in unison, shocked they both looked away and blushed.
To ease out the awkward moment, they played music. It was a weird mix of jyp artists, Ed Sheeran, and 5sos but they both found a love for music.
"I'm performing for my church tomorrow you should come watch," he said.
She smiled, "I will."
She did, she even embarrassed him by bringing a bouquet and calling him her girlfriend. They argued who was the man in the relationship which ended up being neither of them.
They weren't together but every little thing the other did make each other smile. Their parents knew that, but they saw the relationship wasn't going anywhere. Neither of the kids noticed their feelings for each other.
"Why don't you teach me Korean," he asked.
"Because you're lame and bad at learning," she said.
"I'm graduating thank you very much," he flipped his imaginary long hair making her laugh. "I'll race you."
"I'm a lady, you should at least offer me a piggyback ride," she pouted.
He smiled at her cuteness and ruffled her hair, crouching, "get on."
ugh ugh ugh
I love him a lot like no lie
