Chapter 6

The minutes ticked by agonizingly slow as I waited to go to dinner. Everyone thought it was weird because I never ate or got excited to eat. We all raced down to the hall because they knew that I had to burn off some energy.

I won and I couldn’t help but rub it in their faces. I was jumping up and down and they were starting to look scared of me. I knew it was only because they had never seen me this excited and it was extremely rare that I ever got super hyper.

I walked into the Great Hall and saw Ginny was saving seats for us. I ran over and sat right next to her. The way we were sitting at the table, I could look at Draco and it wouldn’t be suspicious. I would just admire him for a few seconds before I was brought back into the conversation.

Dinner couldn’t have ended quick enough. All throughout dinner Draco would catch me looking at him and then give me his signature smirk which gave me butterflies in my stomach.

“Lexi!” Ginny practically yelled at me.

“What?” I said as I was once again brought back to

“The boys and I are going down to play some Quidditch. Wanna come?”

“I’m okay. I think I’m either going to go to the beach or the library.” Or meet up secretly with the person that you all hate.

“I’d come to the library with you but I went earlier and I still have to read through all my textbooks.” Hermione said.

“It’s okay. I’m actually looking forward to having some alone time.” I said honestly.

“Okay. See you later?”

“Yeah.”

We all got up and went our separate ways. I walked towards the girls bathroom until I knew that they weren’t watching anymore. I started walking back and I saw Draco slip into the closet. My heart started to race with excitement. I walked towards the front doors of the castle untill I was right by the closet.

I felt someone’s arms wrap around my waist and pull me in.

“ Well this seems familiar.” I said as I turned to face him.

He smirked. Even in a dark closet his smirk makes my stomach flutter. I just stared at him while he stared at me. I pulled his face down to mine and we started to kiss.

I held his face close to mine as we kissed. His hands moved slowly until they were around my waist. He pulled me closer as my hands went up to tangle in his hair. He pulled away too soon and I unconsciously whimpered.

He chuckled at me then back me up against the wall. He decided to tease me and kiss my cheek a few times. He pulled away and I looked up at him through my lashes. I could see him break as he looked into my eyes. I knew I had him in the palm of my hand.

I then started my teasing. I kissed up his neck and on his jaw line. I kissed up to his ear and nipped at it. I heard a soft moan in his throat and I knew that he was melting.

He started to kiss me and I knew that I had broken him. We kissed for awhile then he pulled back.

“Lex, we need to stop.” He whispered in my ear.

“And why is that?”

“ It’s been a long time since dinner. I bet your friends are wondering where you are and I know that if we don’t stop, we will stay in here all night. You’re just too intoxicating.”

“Okay” I said while pouting.

“ You’re so cute when you pout.”

I rolled my eyes. I slowly opened the door and peeked out. There was no one around so I quickly left the closet and shut the door. I walked casually to the stairs and then turned around as I heard the closet door shut again. I caught his eye and then winked at him before running to the common room.

Draco POV

It’s been literally a day and I’m whipped. I knew that I liked her but I didn’t know the extent. Now I do. I love her. I’m in love with her and it’s only been a day. I knew that if we continued what we were doing I would have kept us in there the entire night.Like I said, she’s just too intoxicating.
