An ungodly amount of sweat came off along with the thin layer of concealer that covered Jin's forehead. What a feeling.
He had been doing a photoshoot alongside an idol that Hoseok managed to score a deal with- Park Jimin. Hobi excitedly called the couple in to have Seokjin pose with him and have Namjoon handle the photoshoot with Sunny. Jin instantly fainted after the call, the fanboy in him coming out when he heard Park Jimin's name. Despite how tired he was due to previous shoots, he jumped at that one and confirmed in that same phone call, not knowing whether he can wait another two days until it finally happens.
On the day it took place, Hoseok was standing on the side, ready to lend a hand and order around, bubbling the room with positivity as he went along. Jimin was doing his solo shoot while Jin took a break to touch-up and hydrate after their duo roll. He looked at the idol with admiration, his professional expressions firm and drool-worthy- he almost squealed.
Sunny was still as Jimin changed poses, but Namjoon was all over the place, shooting from angles no other sane photographer would think to use for any magazine. What was he thinking, exactly?
Jimin's impatient manager suddenly burst through the door, shutting Hoseok down into a stiff silence and startling Jimin in the middle of his shoot.
"Hey! How much time do you think he has? This has been going on for, what, over an hour now?" He started to walk over to the center when he was stopped by a smiling Hoseok. His smile wasn't buzzing, though, it looked serious and harmful. Man, that's a scary gaze."I understand you might be busy, sir, but we've discussed a time limit with our idol here and he confirmed a duration of three hours." His eyes closed as the sarcastic smile got bigger. "Three h-" the manager almost burst angrily at Jimin but Hoseok was quick to tighten his grip on the man's shoulder and hold him in place. He turned him around swiftly and dropped the smile. "Why don't we talk over a cup of coffee and let everyone move on quicker?" He suggested and opened the door for the manager to step out first. When he did, Hoseok's sunshine of a smile switched back on and he left with a giddy, high-pitched "Carry on."
Hoseok's quick mood shifts had Jin staring at the door until he was shadowed by someone out of his periphery. He looked their way, expecting an equally shocked Namjoon but instead met the soft face of his favorite idol. Sunny, Namjoon and Tae were already standing next to Jin, conversing, when Jimin took a long, apologetic bow. "I'm really sorry, he's always like this." Unlike his usual powerful appearance, he looked really tired and regretful- almost broken.
Jin froze, not knowing how to react to Jimin apologizing for someone else's doing. So, Taehyung decided to step in and save him, patting Jimin to have him stand back up. "Don't worry about it, that's how managers can be." He looked at Sunny and nodded his chin Jin's way. "Why don't you rest for a bit while we do Seokjinnie's individual shoot, then the both of you can have some more snaps together and end it there."
Everyone was so well-composed around stronger figures and admiring them was a no-brainer. They went back into it and livened the atmosphere to how it was before, not losing any of their focus and motivation. Is this what it's like working with them? Jin found himself thinking, still new to the whole concept of being a part of a team. And what a team it was.
When it came to their final few pictures, they had loosened up and decided to take a few for fun- jumping around, using funny props and doing silly faces and poses. The duo looked fashionably idiotic, but everyone in the room had a laugh out of it and, needless to say, Jin had had the fan meeting of his life.

"Did you see me holding his tiny hands?!"
And of course, there was the routine of laying the day out when the two finally got home. It was safe to say that Jin was finally settled in with Namjoon. The house was empty, so it would've been fairly hard for either of them to leave the other and go back to sleeping alone.
"Yes, Jinnie, and it was adorable." Namjoon held the fanboy in place, afraid that he might weaken before he hit the sofa. He'd been talking about Jimin the entire way home, never losing the spark of excitement that was first ignited days ago. They sat down on the couch with a huff and relaxed into the cushions for a silent and therapeutic couple of minutes. Then they instinctively held hands, eyes still closed and tired as they were. "Today was a good day." Jin sighed into the dark room. Namjoon hummed in agreement and smiled wildly- Jin had no clue about Namjoon's surprise for him.
