Chapter 3

Li did the introduction of the show.

"Before I go on and welcome today's guest I want to introduce you all to my new Co-Host. It is her first day today. Big applause for GRAIL", he shouted excited into the Mic.

Everyone in the room started clapping their hands and shouting.

"Hello my name is GRAIL. I am glad to be here. Please look after me. I will work hard", I said into the Mic with more my most chilled voice.

"Ok now why don't you introduce todays guest GRAIL?", Li asked me and pointed at the script in front of me.

I understood quickly and read out the text.

"Of course. Today we are happy to have one of the most fun and talented group back with us. They came back with another hit and we have the honour to have the first radio interview with them. Let us welcome...", I said giving them a drumrole with my fingers.

"WINNER", Li shouted into the Mic.

"Please introduce yourself one by one guys", Li asked them and they did.

They followed promptly. The Maknea was called Seungyoon and was the leader to my surprise. The guy in the yellow sweater was called Jinwoo and was the oldest member. The blonde guy was called Mino and the other silent guy was called Seunghoon.

"Welcome back guys! Finally you are back with another hit. Your title track is called Everyday and it great", Li said to them warmly.

They thanked him.

Oh so these were the faces behind the summer song Everyday. It was good and catchy but not it will not last very long. Sometimes you never know how good these idols are when you remove all the production and so. I have heard that most of the groups lip sync. I barely had any idea on how good they were.

Li continued the interview and involved me whenever he could. Soon we reached the first break and I introduced Everyday to the listeners using my smart script and went off air.

Li turned to me.

"You are doing great. Sure you have not been doing this before? You seem really experienced", he asked me curious but I shook my head.

"Natural talent", he said amused and turned to the boys and chat. I myself concentrated on the script for the next part.

The show resumed and Winner was asked to read out some comments. Some were pretty hilarious and the guys seemed to get shy when they read any flattering compliments about them.

"Hyung can we ask questions too?", Jinwoo asked Li.

He seemed confused about the question but nodded.

Jinwoo turned to me and smiled mischievously.

"GRAIL what do you exactly do? Are you a singer or dancer or actress?", he asked me with a mixture of excitement and curiosity.

I simply answered: "I make music".

Li jumped in and cut of the conversation there and continued the show.

"Ok now since we can not play Everyday I heard you guys have presented another song live", Li said turning to the men.

"Yeah we will sing Hello", Seunghyoon said and all got up and went over to the corner to get ready to sing.

I actually did not heard the song so I was curious about it and also on how well they sang. The beat started playing and I was surprised. It was not like Everyday at all. I listened closely to the songs and got lost in it. I take back what I said about idols not being able to sing. They were good. Especially Mino caught my attention with this rap style and stage presence. The lyrics were really good and the beat catchy.
