A star looks on
The moon, alluring, fills her eyes
Only for her was he born
Her only love in a million skiesHer love, apodictic, brew a faith
She was the apple of his eyes
Sadly unknown to him, her presence was just a wraith
Amongst the million stars strewn across skiesA/n:- The moon and the stars are the best representation of a story of neglect or cheating. The moon has an unseen side and there are millions of stars to give it company. However, a star burns and burns only to die eventually. It only has a moon to look at, rejoice and hope to gleam in its shine.
