New Neighbor

Hoseok pov

There's been a U-Haul truck at the house next door for the past 2 days . I haven't seen the people moving in but they won't be here long. This isn't exactly a "safe" neighborhood and the house next door has some problems. I'll give it about a 4 months maybe less. But I don't know maybe they'll have a kid for kookie to play with for the time being.

Looking at the clock next to me I see it's 5:07 AM. Might as well get ready for school. Dad hasn't been home for a few days, thank god. Getting dressed I make my ways downstairs, making kookie's lunch for school and a little surprise snack. Today's his birthday and I want to start it off special.

While locking the front door is see a guy. He looks about my age wearing a school uniform walking to his car. Not thinking to much about it I start my journey to school.

***TIME SKIP SCHOOL****

"Yo hyung" I stopped to see Jimin running to me with something in this hand. "Today's jungkook birthday right?"  I nodded glad I won't be the only one giving something to kookie for his birthday.

I took the present and thanked Jimin with a hug. I waved him goodbye and made my way to first period.

I took my seat in the back of the room and laid my head down. The teacher was giving instructions for a new assignment when there was a knock on the door.

"Okay class it looks like we have a new student" Mr. Choi announced. At that I rose my head curious to see who it was. My eyes widen a little seeing it was my new neighbor.

"Um...my name is Min Yoongi" he introduced himself. He had a deep raspy voice kinda sexy. I could hear the girls whispering how cute he was and the boys wondering if he did any sports.

"Alright Mister Min you can have a seat in the back by Mister Jung....Hoseok can you raise your hand". I did as told and Yoongi made his way over to seat next to me. As he got closer I realized how beautiful he was. He sat down and put his headphones in his ears. I took it as a sign that he didn't want to be bothered so left him alone and did my work.

****TIME SKIP LUNCH *****

"Aye yo so I heard there's a new guy here " Taehyung said with a mouth full of cold noodles . "Don't talk with your mouths full you'll choke. Jin mothered "and how do you know?"
"I've heard people talking about him. Apparently he got kicked out his old school for fighting".

"Oh yeah I think his name is Min yoshi or something like that " Namjoon chimed in.

"Yoongi... his name is  Min yoongi." I corrected him. "He sits next to me in my first period. He looks kinda small for a fighter." 

"Hey I'm small but I could still beat all your asses" Jimin piped. "Hahaha in your dreams Jimin you can't reach any of our heads even with a step-stool " Taehyung laughed. "Oh yeah" Jimin jumped and tackled Taehyung to the ground . I smiled sadly watching my friends wishing I could be as happy and playful as them. The fight was cut short as the bell rang signaling the end of lunch. I picked up my stuff and headed out the cafeteria waving bye to my friends.

My last class went by fast. I headed home with a fast pace hoping to beat kookie home to surprise him with a special dinner. I open the front door to find......
