Chapter 5

It's already 1am so Yoongi decided to turn off his computer and head to the bedroom, as he stood up, he saw the maknae sleeping on the couch with a comic book lying on his face

"If you're tired you should've left" Yoongi whispered to himself, but needless to say he's happy that Jungkook stayed with him even if he's sleepy, the subtle gesture made him feel like he's important to the younger, which makes him happy of course "Hey, wake up, let's sleep in the bedroom" he felt his cheeks flush in crimson right after he said it 'that sounds kinda wrong' he thought to himself "five more minutes" Jungkook groaned

"Let's just go, hurry up or i'll lock you in here"

"then i'd listen to the unfinished beats"

"fuck you" Yoongi said in a playful tone, Jungkook acted surprised saying "You said the f word!" but to be honest he's not really surprised, he's kind of used to it because Yoongi always say it unconsciously like when he bump his pinky toe on a corner he'd straight out hiss 'fuck' or when he's surprised, or when he's happy, it's basically an expression since Yoongi doesn't really put on that many expressions like a normal person, it's only limited to happy, disgusted, grumpy and lethargic look, nothing more than that, or at least those are the only ones he knows

"get up now" he changed his tone into a serious one which made Jungkook stand up in attention "okay let's go" he flinched a little when the maknae wrapped his arm around his shoulder but Jungkook ignored it, he just kept his arm on that way until they got in the bedroom, Yoongi couldn't help but chuckle when the younger ran towards Jin's bed and flopped on it making the bed squeak, 'he really must be tired' well that's given since Jungkook is an active kid, but at this time he's sure Jungkook would still want to play online games, he always stay up until 2-3am when they aren't busy, just playing games or surfing his private social media accounts, he tilted his head in confusion, when the younger didn't show any sign of being awake, he just decided to get on his bed and sleep

He placed his glasses down on his nightstand and tried to sleep the night away but he suddenly remembered the little ghost girl from the movie they watched earlier afternoon, he shuddered at the thought 'why am i thinking this now' the picture of the girl with blood running down her cheeks coming from her big red eyes, with a torn vintage long dress that makes an eerie sound as it slides on the floor

fucking hell

He tried to think of other things but he can't get the picture away from his thoughts, he didn't know what to do so he got up and ran towards Jin's side of the room, Jungkook heard his running footsteps so he turned around "what's the matter?"

"u-umm well, im just wondering if....im just gonna ask something...yeah" he blabbed unconsciously, the only thing on his mind right now is how to keep Jungkook awake because he's scared but he doesn't have the gut to say it

"just forget about it hyung" Jungkook sighed with a smile, almost chuckling but he hid it, he doesn't want to make his hyung even shyer

"I-IT'S NOT LIKE I'M THINKING OF THE GHOST THING WHAT DO YOU MEAN" Yoongi couldn't help but raise his voice out of panic, and here he was trying to retain his cool appearance

"i didn't even say anything about the ghost"

"w-well, that's called common sense"

Jungkook just chuckled, throwing his head back groggily then pats the empty space beside him

"sleep with me hyung"

Yoongi's cheeks flushed in crimson by what Jungkook said, he know he didn't mean it that way but nevertheless he's still embarrassed

"h-hey hyung stop blushing, you're making me blush too" Jungkook scratched the back of his neck and avoided eye contact, Yoongi who's still afraid doesn't have a choice but to sleep beside the maknae

"I-im just going to sleep here for tonight since...my bedsheet are stained" he said as an excuse, the younger didn't talked anymore since he doesn't want to make his hyung uncomfortable

This time, Yoongi doesn't know why but he felt much comfortable having Jungkook asleep by his side
