CHAPTER 14

"Did I said something wrong?"

Bea was walking back and forth, thinking hard about all the possible reasons why Thirdy became invisible these past few days.

"Maybe because I said that I had amnesia." She talked to herself.

Bea suddenly stopped walking.

"Hala, baka ayaw na niya saakin."

She threw herself into the bed and burried her face on the pillow.

"Ugggh!"

Thirdy 🙈 calling...

Bea stood up and stared at her phone for a few seconds.

"Act normal, Beatriz." Bea inhaled deeply and answered the phone.

"Shet bakit ko sinagot?!"

She threw the phone to her bed.

"Siraulo ka Bea, si Thirdy lang yan!" Bea said to herself and grabbed her phone.

Inhale. Exhale.

"T-Thirdy?"

"B-Bea? Thank God sumagot ka na!"

"Yeah, sorry about that."

"What happened ba sayo?"

"Ano...na...natapon ko phone ko! Tapos...napunta siya sa ilalim ng bed, at hinanap ko pa, kaya natagalan. Oo, yun." Bea explained.

"Okay?" Thirdy laughed.

"Ikaw? What happened sayo? Nawala ka rin kaya!"

"I...I just fixed some things, personal na yun."

"Ohh...ok."

"Bei, uhm ano, I would l-like sana to...ano"

"Ano?" Bea giggled.

"To...uhm"

"Hoy Thirdy, mukha kang high school na nakikipag-usap sa crush mo." Kiefer teased Thirdy which Bea heared.

"Oo nga Thirds, parang first time mo naman makipag-usap sakin." Bea teased too.

"Oo na! Eto na. C-can we hang out today?" Thirdy nervously asked.

Bea laughed.

"Yun lang naman pala eh. G!"

"Saan mo nanaman ako balak dalhin, Ferdinand?" Bea asked as they were walking towards the parking lot.

"Sa park." Thirdy smiled.

"Really? I'm so excited!" Bea squealed.

"Lagi naman eh." Thirdy chuckled.

Bea couldn't stop herself so she rushed in to hug Thirdy.

"Uy." Thirdy laughed. "Anyare sayo?"

"Wala." Bea smiled from ear to ear. "Na-miss lang kita."

"Miss you too." Thirdy kissed the latter's forehead.

Bea buried her face on Thirdy's chest.

"Huy, ok ka lang?"

"I'm kilig." Bea giggled.

Thirdy chuckled and shook his head.

"Ok ok. Tara na dali."

Thirdy tried to let go of the hug, but Bea tightened it even more.
