I feel so alone on friday nights.
Can you make it feel like home, if I tell you you're mine?~Lana Del Rey.

Translate to English: Tu nece.........
I raked my hands through my hair to remember the particular line he said in different language before we departed so that I could translate. For sure it wasn't english. Nothing he says these days make sense even in english. He didn't have to make it harder.
When I realised I'm actually obsessing over a stupid simple line, I let out a frustrated growl throwing my phone on my bed and went downstairs to prepare something to eat. All the way thinking what should I make to fill my stomach. Mom still didn't return from work and I ended up deciding to cook dinner for us, so that she don't have to stress herself with the cooking job later on.
Tacos, that's what I was going to make. I took out all the ingredients on the kitchen island. When I reached near the refrigerator to retrieve the fresh lettuce from it, my eyes landed on the sticky note stick on it. I pulled it off only to read,
Sweety, I have an important meeting tonight and I'm having dinner with some clients followed by a trip to Alaska afterwards. Sorry, I wanted to inform you today morning that I'll be out for some days but you were in hurry. Make yourself occupied with your school works. Love you.
Your mom.
Its been only three days, she returned after almost two weeks. We didn't had a good chit chat time, the way we used to before. Yet again she was out for another trip. I don't want to say or even think about it, but she has been distant lately, either she was busy with her paperworks or out. Has she finally realised I'm nothing but a waste? What if she regret having me because she have to work so hard to pay my school bills? All types of questions raised in my mind and being me, I'm scared if it all turns out to be the truth. I felt my eyes welling up again but the knock on the door startled me. I quickly rubbed my eyes out to clear the vision and walked to the door.
I peeped through the hole only to see my neighbor in his black attire and looking as breathtaking as always. I look down at my woollen pink sweater that swallowed my body. Suddenly I had the urge to look good in front of him so I ran my fingers through my hair to make sure there are sticking to its right places. Knowing that I've waste enough time already, I opened the door for him.
Once I was greeted by his smirk, I knew he was in his best mood and I finally realised what I have gotten myself into. Quickly abandoning the piece of note near the door after I crumpled up in a ball, I gestured him to follow me to the room we had our first movie night.
"Very heavy. Aren't they?", I asked with a sarcastic tone in my voice.
"What?", he asked with a confused face as he settled on my medium sized couch spreading his legs. This guy is more comfortable than I ever will be in my own house.
"Your books."
"Believe me. You've got no idea how heavy they are", he said with his signature smirk.
"I carry the same books everyday", I snapped back.
"You do. You're a nerd", he shrugged. "Of course you won't carry some make up stuff, like those annoying sl..", he stopped like he realised he was about to say something unpleasant infront of me.
I smiled at that.
He kept staring at me for some seconds which made my smile fade away. Is there something on my face?
