AN- guys.. please stop commenting that I should update more. I've sorta smoved on from Hamilton. I'm trying to keep going with it for you guys but it's a bit hard.. RN I'm into newsies and tuck everlasting.
Philip's POV
I walked down the street from the school and toward the froyo place. Weird as it is I don't have a car. I have my license, but no car. I headed down the street and turned the corner. I came face to face with the brightly colored sign. I walked through the parking lot and to the front of the store. I noticed that Harper's car wasn't in the parking lot.
I leaned against the wall outside the door to wait for her. I played temple run on my phone while I waited. Time ticked by slowly until I heard footsteps approaching me.
I naturally assumed it was Harper based on the brightly colored converse.
What I wasn't expecting was to be quickly pulled into a kiss before I could even look up. Something felt...wrong. But I didn't second guess myself. I just let it happen.
How could I have known it wasn't Harper?
Theodosia's POV
I exited the shop, my friends at my side.
"How about some yogurt?" Emma suggested, nodding toward the store.
My eyes widened and I nodded. "Yes, yes, please. I'd die for ice cream."
We walked the little side strip before my friend Sadie stopped me and pointed down the path at a boy.
Philip Hamilton.
My face flushed and I grinned.
"Go make a move." Emma suggested quietly.
I turned to look at her, "He's Harper's girlfriend?"
"I don't see Harper."
"She's got a point, Theo. She won't know. Maybe he'll break up with her!"
"Why would he do that?"
"Maybe all it will take is a kiss to ignite the spark!" Emily smiled, Sadie nodding to back her up.
I shrugged, maybe she was right.
My shrug turned to a nod and I smiled confidently, looking between my two friends.
"I'm going to do it."
"You go girl!" Emma cheered.
I rolled my shoulders back and puffed out my chest, starting toward him.
Once I made it over to him I immediately pulled him in for a kiss.
He didn't pull away!
Philip's POV
I pulled back and opened my eyes, thinking I'd see Harper standing in front of me.
When I didn't my face paled and I pushed her away.
"Wait a se- You're not Harper!"
She nodded, "well, duh."
"What the- What the fuck?!" I yelled.
How could she do this to me? Again! I seriously thought she had gotten over me. Turns out she's still an asshole who's obsessed with me for some reason.
I looked around and saw Harper's car pulling out of the parking lot.
I felt my heart sink. She wouldn't be leaving if she hadn't seen that.
I walked to my car without even saying bye to Theodosia and pulled my phone out. Opening the groupchat with my friends in it.
