Beach Day Part 3

Language gets a little coarse in this one

The two girls walked through the common room doors. Everyone appeared to already be at the beach as the tower was empty. Or almost empty, Cyborg, Robin and Beast Boy had decided to wait for the two girls. All three boys heads snapped up at the swish of the doors opening. Starfire was the first to be noticed, receiving various compliments. But then everyone looked at Raven. Cyborg whistled. Beast Boy was speechless. "What? Is there something wrong with how I look?" Raven asked. "No! You look flawless." Beast Boy breathed almost unconsciously. "Thanks." Raven said. "So who's ready to hit the beach?" Robin asked ruining the moment.
"Let's go!" Beast Boy exclaimed. "Booyah!" Cyborg shouted. "Let us go!" Starfire squealed. "Whatever." Raven said in a bored voice. The Titans squished together in the elevator and rode it down. Once outside they headed towards the beach.

When they arrived it was clear that everyone was having a good time.
Most of the female titans were tanning on the beach. As for the guys, a few had a volleyball game going, others were in the water and a few were eating. "Well it's about time you guys showed up! We were starting to wonder where the original titans had gone." Kid Flash said. "Yeah sorry we're late. We had to wait on the girls." Robin said. "Yeah I know how that is." Kid Flash said. Jinx materialized seemingly from no where in a hot pink bikini and elbowed him in the side for that comment. Ignoring Kide Flash's groan of pain Jinx turned her attention to the girls. "Wow Star you look gorgeous." Jinx complimented. "Thank you Friend Jinx you look very lovely as well." Starfire returned. "Thanks. And Raven! Wow! You look smokin girl." Jinx stated. "Thanks." Raven said blushing slightly. "You two should come join Bumblebee, Kole, Argent and I over there, so we can all catch up." Jinx said linking arms with the two girls. "Hello friends!" Starfire exclaimed. "Hey." Raven greeted. A chorus of hellos was their response. Bee was wearing a black and yellow bikini. Argent's was red and black and Kole's was baby blue. "Wow Raven look at you showin off whatcha momma gave ya!" Bee exclaimed. "You look gorgeous love." Argent complimented. "Didn't know ya had it in ya." Kole commented. "Um thanks." Raven said. "So Raven, what got you to wear that bikini?" Bee asked. "Starfire, forced me." Raven replied. "I did not force you, I simply gave you an ultimatum." Starfire protested. "Yeah an unfair ultimatum." Raven huffed. "Whatever you can not tell me you regret it." Starfire said. Raven couldn't argue there. The girls were interrupted by a familiar archer. "Wow Raven you look fantastic!" Speedy exclaimed, ogling her shamelessly, making her uncomfortable. Bee noticed her discomfort. "Hey Speedy why don't you try looking at her eyes when you talk to her and not her chest." Bee snapped. "Come on Bee I'm just playing." Speedy said. "Well Speedy, you can stop playing right now, I'm not one of those ditzy fan girls that beg you to screw them." Raven snapped rising to her feet, eyes flashing red. "Excuse me? At least I can say I've had sex. Anyways I wouldn't screw you if you paid me!" Speedy shouted in Raven's face. The girls held their breath waiting for all hell to break lose.

"Hey Grass stain, are you gonna make a move on Raven or just sit there ogling her?" Cyborg asked. "Leave me alone Cy." Beast Boy grunted, watching Raven chat with the other girls, until of course Speedy started speaking to them, specifically Raven. Even from such a distance it was clear that he was making Raven uncomfortable. Beast Boy could sense Raven's elevated blood pressure and pounding heart. When he saw her stand up he knew something was going on. Wordlessly Beast Boy went towards the group.

"Whatever you egotistical bastard!" Raven shouted. "Freaky Bitch!" Speedy yelled getting in her face. Suddenly Speedy was sprawled out in the sand clutching his jaw. "You will watch your mouth and apologize for your disrespectful behavior towards Raven right now." Beast Boy growled, watching as Speedy got to his feet. "Make me green bean!" Speedy shouted. "Trust me when I tell you, you really don't want me too." Beast Boy snarled. "Whatever it's not like you could actually hurt me anyways. And I don't have to apologize for calling her a freaky bitch, it's true." Speedy sneered. Beast Boy swung again but Speedy was able to dodge this time. Snarling Beast Boy turned around and aimed a kick at his gut. It landed. By this time a crowd had formed, not really knowing what to do. Speedy punched Beast Boy in the gut. In retaliation, Beast Boy bit his arm. "You bit me! God you really are an animal!" Speedy exclaimed. The fight went on for several minutes before Cyborg was finally able to pull the two apart. Examining the pair it was easy to tell that Speedy had got the worst of it in the fight. The archer had a busted lip, bleeding nose and a black eye, his arm was also bleeding from where Beast Boy bit him. Speaking of which, Beast Boy was still snarling and trying to grab the archer, even going so far as to attempt to bite Cyborg's metal arm. "BB will you chill out!" Cy shouted. But Beast Boy was oblivious, the fight with Speedy had awoken an animalistic urge to defend who, his animal side considers his mate. Beast Boy continued to thrash and snarl in Cyborg's grip. As for Speedy, he looked genuinely terrified of the changeling. "Can someone please help me calm him down?" Cyborg begged. "Raven can you do anything? He seems to be protective of you." Robin stated. Raven hesitantly stepped forward. Reaching her hand towards the changeling, Raven rested her palm on his cheek. Like a switch had been flipped, Beast Boy instantly relaxed. "BB are you yourself now?" Cyborg asked hesitantly. "Yeah Cy, you can put me down now." Beast Boy confirmed. After shooting one last death glare at Speedy, Beast Boy turned his attention back to Raven. The group began to disperse seeing the fight had ended. "I can't believe you actually bit him." Raven said without thinking. "Yeah well he deserved it." Beast Boy said. "I know it's just funny is all. Especially since he screamed like a little girl afterwards." Rave said snorting. Pretty soon she and Beast Boy were full on laughing. After they had calmed down Raven noticed Beast Boy's lip was bleeding. "Here let me heal that." Raven said, placing her fingers on the shapeshifter's mouth. After healing his lip Raven seemed to realize how intimate the situation was, but didn't move her hand. "Thank you for defending me." Raven said. "You're welcome. I'd do anything for you Rae." Beast Boy whispered, placing his hand on her cheek like she'd done to him earlier. Raven's breath hitched in her throat, as Beast Boy leaned in closer. Raven's eyes fluttered shut as his lips drew nearer to hers. When their lips touched the kiss was shy and hesitant. "Was that okay?" Beast Boy asked. "Umm hmm do it again." Raven ordered. Beast Boy happily complied. The couple was interrupted by a chorus of awwes and finally's from their friends. Beast Boy grinned while Raven hid her face in his shoulder.
There on the beach a new couple was formed.
