"I won't act my age, no I won't act my age."

The bitter taste of coffee trickles down my throat as I pack up and get ready for my Ten A.M classes.

I remember my first day of college, I was a mess. Toby had died only a month prior, and I had to go to our dream school by myself.

He left behind a few things for me, most of them were silly even though I wouldn't trade them for the world.

He had given me all of his sweat shirts, his cologne, his art supplies, his car, and he even let me keep his cat.

Daisy is an all white cat, and she was about one when he died. Of course my dorms don't allow pets so I had to leave her with my parents. I still see her all the time. She's one of the most important creatures in my life.

Although.... I still think the most important thing he left behind was our memories of us together.

I remember when he asked me out for the first time. It was quite beautiful if you ask me. I may have even shed a tear or two.

Basically I'm the middle of his football game, he grabbed a megaphone, and asked me to be his girlfriend. Everyone cheered once they saw me nod my head yes to him. That is one of our favorite memories together.

After about a month of dating in secret he decided it was time to meet my dad's, and wow was that a bad idea.

My Dad's are very supportive of course, but they are very embarrassing, and when I say very embarrassing I mean extremely embarrassing. Almost to the point where I was afraid to go out in public with them.

Toby did great when he met my dad's. They loved him instantly, which was a relief, but we still had one tiny problem. No, scratch that. We had multiple giant problems.

I happen to also have four extremely protective older brothers. Yes four older brothers. That was very very difficult on me growing up. I obviously love them so much, but those brothers of mine made sure boys kept their distance from me.

My oldest brother Louis is quite the character. He always has something to say, and he always has to have the last word. Since he is my eldest brother he is kind of like my wing man in a way.

Then there's Zayn, he was very quiet growing up. I don't remember much of him from my younger days. All he did was sit in his room and paint all day, but he was my most loyal brother.

Next is Liam, he is the brains of this family, and he's always trying to keep us out of trouble. He kind of seemed like my third dad in a way, but he did keep me out of trouble so that's a good thing on my part.

Last but not least we have Niall. If I'm completely honest me and Niall have always been the closest. He's only a few months older than me, and we were in the same foster home together untill our dad's came and got us. Niall has always been my shoulder to cry on, and he was my biggest supporter when Toby passed.

We aren't the most perfect family, but we wouldn't want it any other way.

When Toby met my brothers, all hell broke loose. All my brothers took Toby to a separate room, and I was afraid that Toby would be scared off. For a while all the boys hated Toby's guts, but eventually they all became really good friends.
