"How do you feel about me now?
I can't believe I let you walk away when
When I should have kissed you

I should've, I should've, oh, I should have kissed you."

What on Earth was I thinking. I should have kissed him, I should have let him into my heart. There's too many things we don't know about each other. I still haven't told him about Toby, and that's something that I need to tell him.

Kayla texted me yesterday and told me she'll be flying in today, so she will be here by tomorrow. Until then I'm just going to go to all my classes and dread it, I really have begun not to like school anymore. I want to go out and be free. Go to concerts, and drink a lot and stay up late. Since I have quite a few classes a day I have to wait until the weekend to have any free time, and even then I still have piles of homework and essays to complete.

Plus all these classes I'm in aren't really teaching me anything. I came here in hopes that what I want to do in my future will all be figured out, but I still haven't come across anything that interests me.

Art and music are the only things that really interests me, but I'm not sure if I could ever pursue a career in those subjects.

When I was little I always wanted to be a singer, but now I know that dream is totally unrealistic, and I guess I'm fine with that.

I don't know if I'm even going to pay for another semester. It's pointless to go to college if I have no good reason to.

"Kayla!" I exclaim jumping up off of my bed.

"I've missed you Oliva!" She gives me a giant hug, and pulls away with a bright smile.

"How was your trip?" I ask her while she puts her clothes in her dresser.

"It was amazing." She says with a bright smile. She puts her head down and bites her lip, and she has a blush creeping up in her cheeks.

"You met someone." I say frankly.

"What? Me?" She tries to play dumb with me, but I'm seeing right through her.

"Yes you did!"

"I did." She admits biting down on her lip.

"Ooh what's his name?" I ask.

"Luke." She says with a blush.

"Cute name! Do you have a photo?" I ask her curiously. She nods and pulls out her phone, and her lockscreen is a picture of a really cute guy taking a selfie next to a dog.
