I lead Malfoy and his so called 'darling' up several sets of stairs to Griffindor's common room.
I couldn't believe that Malfoy was with the new girl and had her calling him darling. Oh and holding his arm as if she let go, the world would expand and combust.
Unlikely. Very unlikely.
Leading them up the final set of stairs, I presented the 'password' and opened door. We all walked in.
Harry and Ron kept staring at Draco and the girl. Ugh.
"What's her name?" I asked Draco slyly
"Well Granger I don't quite know. We never really formally introduced ourselves." Draco looked at her
"Oh! Sorry! I was so excited to get a tour, I forgot." She explained, "I'm Alice."
"Draco Malfoy." I pointed to Draco, "Harry. Ron." I pointed to Harry and Ron
"And the curious one with the big hair is Granger." Malfoy pointed to me
"My name is not-" I began but was cut off
"And here we are!" Harry led Alice to the large plush arm chairs and they sat
Alice stood up a minute later and scanned the books that lay on the shelves, "No Shakespeare?"
"He's a Muggle." Draco pointed out
"I'm a Muggle." I pointed out
"And an ugly one at that." Draco mumbled
"I'm a Muggle too Draco." Alice pointed out, flipping through a book on mythical creatures
Draco's face dropped and he started stuttering, "I-I-I'm so sorry! I-I-I didn't know."
Did Draco just apologize?
He never apologized. Ever.
