Slytherin?!
Thank goodness she's not Griffindor, but Slytherin!?? That's almost even worse! Especially since she has Ron and Harry wrapped around her little finger.
Looking around, I saw the Slytherins' jumping up and down, clapping, whooping, and hollering. Malfoy was no where to be seen.
'Hmmm.... I wonder... No it possibly couldn't be....' I thought. Was Malfoy, possibly, sweet on Alice?
She certainly butters up to anyone that's near her. I still don't trust her one bit.
Ron put his head on the table and groaned.
"What's wrong now Ron."
He looked up slightly, "Alice is a Slytherin!!!"
"And your point is..?" I asked trying to sound nice about it, but really I was quite annoyed with this Alice business
"We're Griffindors'! Maybe the Hat was wrong when I tried it... Maybe I'm really a Slytherin." Ron mumbled on about wanting to be in the same House as Alice
"Why would you want to be a Slytherin?! They're cruel, rude, shrewd, tricky, and mischievous! Griffindors are brave, proud, helpful, nice, among many other things!" I exclaimed but noticed neither Harry or Ron were listening. I sighed, "Typical..."
"But," Ron sat up quickly, "They are cunning, unique, and beautiful. All just like Alice...."
I wanted to smack him but before I could, the food was served, and we all dug in.
But I couldn't help wondering and feeling, when looking at Alice and Malfoy, a pang of jealousy.
