Words slipped through my mouth,
Before I could even think of them
My lips moved, revealing a smile,
Without even recognizing it.
I was busy writing passages,
Saying how much I feel
I was altering my fate,
Because I thought, you were real.
A significant day came,
When I was able to see your eyes,
Not just through the screens
But in person, as I run through the miles.
As I got home,
I felt nothing but bliss.
Talking about how much I love you,
And everything that we've missed.
But after that day,
You didn't message me
You were just an experience,
My temporary bliss.
