«Jax's POV»

I placed the paper bags full of groceries on the kitchen counter and called Jaiden.

"JAIDEN, HELP ME OUT WITH THE GROCERIES" I shouted while walking to the fridge to get the carton of milk.

I hear frantic footsteps coming from behind me and I twirl around and saw my sister, Jaiden, walking up to me.

"Hey Jaxen," She greeted with a smile and started pulling out the groceries from the bags.

"Hey," I greeted back and sat on the kitchen counter and gulped down the milk from its carton, "So, what did you get me for christmas?" I asked with a smirk.

Jaiden looked at me disgustingly, "Dude, drink on a glass thats so gross. And for your gift, it's a surprise and I know you'll like it" she said and smiled walking back and forth to the cupboards and the fridge.

I placed the carton at my side and jump down the counter, "Oh I hope its actually good. Last year was a set of boxers and our parents had to see that" I mocked at Jaiden.

"Oh shut up, I'm being thoughtful! I mean, they have faces of the people you like!"

"Those boxers have my friends' faces on them, even James' face is at the back of the boxer with his mouth wide open how am I going to appreciate that?" I argued, Jaiden's mouth keeps opening her mouth but nothing came out, she just looks like a blob fish.

"W-well, in my defense I have my consent from them which means its not weird!" She stammered.

We were silent and then we laughed at our stupid argument and side hug each other, oh how I live for these moments. She's been the love of my life and I will do everything just to protect her. Im serious if I say that I'll die for her, she have an impact in this world by just sharing her stories and making others relate to her in lots of ways, unlike me who doesnt make an impact at all.

Jaiden spoke snapping me out of my thoughts, "So, you're always outside for 2 days straight and Im already wondering what it could be," she said, tapping her chin and acts like she's thinking, "Is my baby brother have a someone?" She asked with a smirk teasingly.

I groaned placing a hand on my face and pretending to massage my temples at once, but I am actually just hiding my blushing cheeks from her, "I dont have a girlfriend Jay! I was just hanging out with Tony and James!" I said with too much defensiveness, I face-palmed myself mentally.

I watched her arms cross each other smirk still present on her face, "Are you really though? Tony's with me yesterday," Jaiden raised her chin proudly making me gulp the lump that's stuck in my throat.

Fuck.

"W-well, you s-see..." I started but I ended up just blushing like crazy.

"Aw! Look at you, blushing and getting shy! You're so cute!" Jaiden squealed and pinched my cheeks and I winced in pain but she kept doing it.

"Stop it! Jaiden!" I yelled and she let of of me, I rubbed my cheeks and continued, "I'll tell you who she is and introduce her to you when we are officially in a relationship" i said smiling.

"Okay," Jaiden smiled back and starts walking away, "I'll be expecting someone over soon in this house sitting on your favorite spot in the house 'cause that will be romantic".
