The Assassin Is A Baker! (Kotetsu x Male Reader!)

Part 1:

~Saturday Morning~

Today was the day you and Kotetsu would go on a date. Exciting isn't it? I mean, why wouldn't it be. Kotetsu was handsome, funny, and put up with your childish antics.

There just seemed to be two problems with this.

The first thing was who and where were you going to take Chiyo to? You couldn't just leave her alone in your house, she was too young for that. Especially with the incident from before.

The second problem was where in the heck did Kotetsu live?! He never mentioned it to you and on the phone he didn't tell you where the heck you were supposed to go.

If you remembered correctly, he asked you to come to his house and you blindly accepted. Without even asking where he lived. You weren't fully at fault though. The knucklehead forgot to tell you his address as you accepted his offer.

'He'll probably just call me before it's time to go.' I think as I get prepared for work.

I was really excited today, not only will I be going on a date with Kotetsu, I will also be able to take Chiyo to work with me!

'I can't wait to show her off to Milen!' I thought as I went to Chiyo's room to get her ready.

As I was helping Chiyo get ready realization hit me like a slap to my face.

'What was I supposed to tell Milen!? She knows I don't have children! I can't just come up to her and say "Wus poppin, dis my baby girl!" She'll obviously question me!'

"Hey Chiyo, if people ask you who you are to me, tell them I am your uncle, alright? You are just in my care until further notice. Don't mention my powers and how I saved you from that disgusting man." I said as I began brushing her hair.

"Okay (M/N)-chan! I will not tell people. I promise!

"Pinky promise?" I ask putting my pinky out and eyeing her questionably (childishly).

"Pinky promise!" She says as we wrap our fingers together.

"Okay okay, I'm going to pretend I'm someone else and you tell me who I am to you okay?" I said as she nodded in response.

"Hello, I see you came with (M/N), are you his father? Wait wait! Stop laughing I messed up! I meant are you his daughterr." I said fake crying as her laughter filled the room.

"Okay okay,  let's try again."

"Hello, I notic--" as I was talking Chiyo started giggling again until it turned to laughter again.

"It wasn't that funny." I said pouting at her while putting my hands on my hips.

Which she ignored and fell back onto her bed laughing.

As I watched her I couldn't but start laughing with her. It was nice to see her so happy after the incident.

As we finished laughing I decided to just stop pretending to be someone else and headed downstairs with Chiyo to leave.

As I entered the cafe I felt Chiyo grab my hand and slightly hide behind me. Smiling at her cute behavior I squeezed her hand for reassurance.

"Hey (M/N)! Are you ready-" said Milen as she cut herself off looking at Chiyo."

Walking up to Milen I gently pushed Chiyo in front of me so she could introduce herself. But she stayed quiet and looked down at her hands.

"Hello, I am Milen, what's your name?" She said as she smiled softly to Chiyo.
